then stir don't shake.. You still might want to have some mechanical blending going on. But if you want to slow the oxidation process you have to limit the exposure of the juice to oxygen. otherwise the only way, I can think of, is to suck the air from the bottle and DO NOT disturb the contents of the bottle.
