So I'm not well versed with my legal rights and options. But can anyone possibly advice on perhaps some kinda actions we can do?

Thanks. I really do not care for that place but, I did look. If people are given permission to be foul and use foul language they will. I am no saint but, I can live without that online myself
Small claims will do nothing but cost people more $ than what they already spent. The only thing that would be accomplished by that is it would go on her credit eport for the next 10 years and make it hard to impossible for her to get credit. Been there and done that before
They can't make her pay $ that she does not have. Bottom line.
JMHO but, I can't agree with her personal info being posted either. There are some crazies out there and I would not like to see any harm come to her or her small child.

Most credit cards can still (even after multiple months) pull money from the account that they paid money to. Pay Pal is not a credit card and this is why I avoid it. If you pay via Pay Pal, and it reaches 30 days without getting your product, you need to submit the claim. Never exceed 30 days with them. ( they may have changed their policy in the past 2 years but this is what they were back then)
So many other things I could have used the money for during that time. I am so sick of people ripping people off in our so called "community".

same excuses,ordering problems,manufacturing problems,the inevitable health problems.
turns out she had more than one pan on the fryer.
from reading that thread and this one it is obvious that this is a scam. i will further state she is a professional scammer.
she is already setting up another site. this new site will be unrelated to her old site.reason? well she had to file bankruptcy
or some other gibberish and start anew because she really want's to help her fellow vapors in the vape community.
this what the pro's do.when one deal starts to go sour,close it down,start a new deal. repeat until you have milked that cow dry
and move on to sheep.
google"multi level marketing forum" you will find hundreds of threads identical to this just,different products.
call the police in her area and file a complaint,get the complaint number.call your local police and file a complaint.
let them know you filed one in her home area. this will not get your money back but there will be a paper trail
when she finally gets arrested.
don't be swayed by her rhetoric nor any of her sympathizers. yes there will be some that got burnt that
will support her. con's know this its a psychological trait by which some people believe they are really
nice maybe they will get there money back,if they are really nice.

Yes she did. And unfortunately it is so vitriolic and full of foul language that it can't be pasted here. She is a victim in this (according to her). Oh please. Everyone who has been blatantly ripped off by her really needs to take action now. Without delay. This kind of behavior in a typically benevolent vaping society cannot be rewarded by allowing a free pass to scammers like her that prey on the good will of the typical ECF member. Any scammer that is given a free pass just promotes further scamming. I would post her personal information here but fear that would violate the ECF TOS, fair enough and I will abide by the TOS, but I sincerely wish that I could so anyone affected by this blatant ripoff could easier seek proper legal redress for this situation.

Even worse I'm afraid. She is the victim here and has done everything short of moving heaven and earth to make this good while the entire world has conspired against her. This includes the evil Evolve that won't repair all the defective boards she received and is keeping them and not even sending them back unrepaired. And of course all the terrible people that did chargebacks, and of course their evil hearts are a large part of the problem why she can't meet her commitments an has had her car repossessed, internet turned off, lost everything, and only has electricity left that she might lose if people continue to be evil to her. And of course, this is causing undue hardship for her son. Blah, blah, blah. Oh, and she has been using Cloupor clone boards in some of the mods she sent out that were supposed to be Evolve boards, because of the evil Evolve of course. Frightening read, and this is Shan responding directly.
Well, from her VU post, even if she does finish, and send them out, they will not be made with Evolv chips. You get a cana clone.
It's only true if she plans on finishing them. I just googled "vu shanmods", first result, second page. She said she bought chips from clouper, and is no longer offering the DNA chipset.
She must have took some more orders to get the cash to buy those. Adding to the pyramid.
Reading the thread over at vu was entertaining. I looked at the updated google doc and my order number is not there anymore. Anyone else have this issue
Hi, I also have been scammed, one of the folks who ordered in March too. She's has mailed me all the parts. And there is a box in the mail (I tracked) Goodness only knows what's in it.
And by the way, she's even taken down her personal Facebook page too.
