Am so excited to share... P90X was my first ever program and completing the 90 days changed my direction breaking the Myths that over 40 out of shape and over weight is just a reality you have to accept... (NOT!!) we can reach any goal at any age when we stay focused) but most of all it gave me back my confidence in strength to power through any task... .. The new P90X3 is now available and it looks awesome shorter 30 minute workouts but still a great designed focused program for the total results Tony is known for.. .... snatched one up myself :)

Thanks for looking and being interested in what I do :) after the TBI/stroke I had just as much to do everyday but it was a huge struggle and took forever to fight to get them done since I couldn't not get them done. Have to admit there were times trying to get a hay bale in the wheel barrel that I just broke down in tears struggling with it :( P90X did lol what it said it would do, build strength , it reconnected my body back together following through staying focused everyday even though I only started off with no weights and 2lb weights. Will always be heart felt for what helped me that the doctors were wrong when they said " this may be as good as she gets". Sometimes you just not in a position to accept that. I felt that what ever still did work I would make it the best and the strongest it could be.. lol Surprise even myself :)

Thank you Catmom :) it's water under the bridge now... :) :) our health/well being is our Freedom... After being in la la land for 2 years the first thing I ever did when my circuit breakers started switching back on for awareness,, was have the courage to take a 15 minute walk up the road and back :) I pulled a crazy number out of my head and decided I would walk 1000 miles in 2010, wasn't a thought about making the 1000 miles it was the thought of having a number to always be pushing forward for. Walking got me so far, but I couldn't do more as my body was weak and loose couldn't sustain or support me.. So P90X I never lifted weights before, always heard you could hurt yourself doing it wrong or over working body parts.. P90X said it was a professionally designed program laid out for total body results lol lol I believed them lol ..,, I became a running fool lol and finished my 1000 miles 1028 to be exact Dec 29th 2010...

Am doing another 1000 mile challenge this year again I had such a fun time in 2010. I'm one in many with similar stories to share.. Alma I met in my Corso Group 2 years ago. She use to be a lawyer strong confident self made woman.. Then got too busy with her work and the stress of her job to make good daily choices for ourselves. Gained weight, health warning signs that she ignored to stay on top of her job. She was stricken down 6 years ago with Fibromalgia (sp) over time, total disability lost her job, bed ridden most of the time with her only activity was going to doctor visits.. I started her off with just walking and eating right being good to herself, last year she completed Rockin Body several times, did her first ever 5 mile fun run/walk, this year we are starting off with Pump... So so thrilled for her. She has set backs hasn't been an easy quick fix, but it's real life and to see her continue to move forward because she knows she can.

So many more people I have met over the years... no matter what you do, find what you love and do it. We do tend to forget to care for ourselves as we are always taking care of everyone else... OK lol my little pep talk for the NEW YEAR for all of us.... just make it the best...

Thank you for your kind thoughts CES I did return to the forum when I was getting better to share. Body is 100%, brain is always work in progress layer by layer . I finally feel up to pushing my brain and am going for the certification in fitness nutrition, really struggling with absorbing and responding to the course material to get it to fully connect and respond on demand in it's own way it's painful it's like working with a printer without paper.. lol ... Am lucky Leslie who has her own story when we met when she joined one of my challenge groups for Beachbody suggest a website Lumosity . Brain games am currently in the bottom 10 and under percent range for abilities and responses, but signed up for a year of training and mapping the direction I need to improve on. I actually got quiet ill doing the first day of training had to take breaks between training areas... but recovered later and felt uplifted for doing it ... It's all good.. always moving forward.. ... we never stuck were we are,, there is always some portion that can be salvaged and made awesome.... that the rest doesn't matter ...
