I recently expressed to Shawn that I had a negligible REDUCTION of vapor output with my DSE601 epipe...some of which MAY have been caused by my own "learning curve" in regard to DSE601 epipe general care and maintenance. In other words, I MAY have helped to cause the premature reduction in vapor output, due to my lack of experience in using, storing and maintaining the DSE601. I had to push the atty pretty hot and hard to clean up a clog that I had caused; due to the sheer ignorance that comes with lack of experience.

Knowing this, he still offered me a replacement PIPE BODY anyway...as long as I covered the shipping. As it turns out, not only did he send me another pipe body (with new atty inside of course), but he ALSO SENT ME a new mouthpiece, jewel cap (A WHOLE DAMN PIPE!), extra box of carts...AND he did NOT ask for the old DSE601 to be returned to him. Now I have one great working DSE601, one fairly good working DSE601 and some extra carts & parts to boot. All this stuff came within TWO BUSINESS DAYS from the moment he said he would send me a replacement DSE601 "BODY".

My advice to anyone who is thinking about making the transition from smoking to vaping......but has concerns regarding cost, parts, support,etc.........BUY FROM SHAWN AT LiteCigUSA!!!! If anyone will take care of you......SHAWN WILL!!

Thanks again Shawn and rest assured you have a customer who will be buying from you.....for as long as I shall be vaping!!!

:)

Shawn is awesome when it comes to warranties. I have been having trouble with my manual VX2 batteries not connecting with my atomizer. He has replaced them at least three times now. I had two batteries that did not work so finally he just sent me 3 regular batteries and they work just great! Thank you Shawn for being so patient and an awesome supplier.

It's also posts like these that made me order from shawn first. When i first found out about ecigs (vaping) i was going to go with the blu-ecig.

Well, once i found this fourm and was reading all of the awsome reviews i decided to order from shawn instead.. All i can say is i can not be happier.

Shawn saved my nicotine addiced self from having to stay on analogs with his lightning fast service..

I was on my last pack of analogs and was really dredding buying more, but luckly i got my first kit (the m402) in 3 days.. Needless to say i had a party. :D

Ever since then i have only ordered from litecig and his liquid is awsome too. I just ordered more liquid and finally decided to try the famous ry4 everyone has been talking about.. So far i've tried melon, cool menthol, vanilla, and cappucino.

Melon was so awsome i loved it.. Tasts just like a cantaloupe like others have said. I had to stop myself from vaping it all in just a couple of days..

The menthol feels and tasts almost like newports to me.. Even though its been 8 years since i've smoked a newport.

Vanilla was slightly week, but still good.. i've also heard you can mix the vanilla to bring out the tasts with other liquids..

Cappucino was slightly weird at first and i was not sure i was going to like it. The more i used it, the more i started to like it, and now i am seriously hooked!

I also can't wait for that awsome ppc case for the m4xx series thats shawn is getting.. :D

Keep up the awsome work there shawn! You've got a customer for life here!

I really liked the Non-filter tobacco type cigarettes more than anything else. In order of priority, my favorites were Camel, Pall Mall (long Red pack/no filter), Lucky Strike and Chesterfield. Then I developed a taste for pipe tobaccos and particular cigars. Never could afford to buy the cigars I really liked very often, but upon occasion I savored them. My absolute favorite smoke ever was my Dr. Grabow PIPE, filled with Borkum Riff - Cherry Cavendish......it had the right blend of top grade pipe tobacco flavor with just the right amount of Cherry. Upon a bad illness one winter (around 1983 or 1984) I QUIT all the hard smokes and went to Camel Filters. I did still occasionally indulge in the Pipe smoking and cigars, but certainly not on a regular basis.

Thanks to vaping technology, I've managed to be tobacco free since 19JULY2009. This is unprecedented, since I've not gone this long without tobacco products in MANY years. I'm using the 16 to 18mG level of nicotene in my vaping juices, but I find myself vaping very heavily at times to get my fill of nicotene. Overall I'd have to say the experience has been mostly pleasant with the exception of the waste that comes with any new habit as you are learning the ropes thereof; the fine tuning or "tweaking" it to suit my taste and overall appetite. I've definitely had to make certain modifications to about 2/3 of my PV equipment, in order to get the desired performance. I've fried some attys and destroyed a Mini Pipe along the way (pushing them beyond their limits on my electrical test bench).....but overall I'd have to say that all is going well with my satisfaction level with regard to my personal experiences with vaping thus far.

I have a few favorite vaping juices and they are not all from the very same source. I will say that Shawn at LiteCigUSA does have some very good juices though. Among my LiteCigUSA favorites are RY2 (Power Puff), RY4 and Cola. I have yet to try his Cappucino, Chocolate and Melon. I may just go ahead and soon buy one of his 50mL bottles of the Cappucino....not sure yet.

My PV device lineup consists of:

DSE601 Epipe (x1), Highly modified Mini Pipes (x2).....and MANY VX2 units (both stock and modified). So far I've done business with 3 different suppliers/vendors....yet I've gotten the very BEST BANG FOR MY BUCK from my LiteCigUSA purchases.....by a long shot. I have narrowed it down to the fact that Shawn at LiteCigUSA is the only guy I'll be doing any substancial business with. Being the very particular and fickle "craftsman" that I've come to be.........there are few accessories and miscellaneous tools I like to use in my vaping activities, which Shawn simply does stock or sell.... but I've decided that the vast majority of my vaping products will be purchased from him....as long as he is in business.

:)

Wish he would have replaced mine I e-mailed him after about a week of fighting with my DSE-601 to get a reasonable amount of vapor which out of the box it failed to do and he told me that if it was working just not producing much vapor that it wasn't under warranty. I've had it for close to 40 days now and it's been a constant fight getting it to produce a decent hit. Occasionally it works GREAT usually it doesn't though. On a bright note the atty is still as good as when I got it. Now I've noticed a stain forming on the bottom which I think is fluid leaking from under the atty and soaking through the wood it's even got little bubbles in the finish at the center of the biggest part of the stain. I'm pretty sure it was defective from the start but now my warranty is long past done. :(
