Hi Shawn.

I want to re-affirm my gratitude in your speedy delivery of my warranty replaced DSE601. You went ABOVE AND BEYOND your obligations by RAPIDLY sending me another COMPLETE DSE601....rather than just the warranteed "pipe body". As it turns out the weak one DID INDEED DIE...(green blinking LED....then kaput) but the replacement is working FLAWLESSLY.

Also, thanks for the extra blank VX2 carts on my last order...as well as the SPEED of arrival on that order. REST ASSURED, we'll be doing business for quite some time.....
