"My question is how long do these zenith tanks last? do they have a life span?":

First, I'm glad you're liking the Zeniths you contacted me about. They're my all-time favorite tanks, and I've had at least 2 of them (1 full-size + 1 D22 3mL one) in constant use and sometimes a 3rd one in use... since December of 2018. Based on their performance and durability so far...there will likely still be a gracious plenty of them, still new-in-the-box in my stash, after I'm long gone!

I've had absolutely no issues at all with any of them. The turn to fill top part is still working as smoothly as it always has, on all of them. None have had any issues at all with leaking (from the top fill hole, the base connection, nor the airflow holes). As far as needing replacement glass for them...their glass isn't replaceable. It's likely because that's not a concern, because of the design of the tank and the thickness of the glass. I've dropped or knocked over each of mine numerous times (on carpet, lineoleum flooring, asphalt, concrete, etc.) and none have ever chipped, cracked, nor broken. The metal housing protecting the glass does exactly what it's meant to do. In all those drops, I've gotten 1 very tiny ding in the top edge of the metal on 1 of them...which is barely visible to the naked eye. The threading on the connection of the base (the only place there IS any threading) is still perfect.

"do folks clean them out from time to time?":

The only time I take a Zenith apart, which means simply removing the base, the coil, and the drip tip from the top...is when I change to use a very different eliquid in 1 of them...than what was in it. Then I just run the tank, base part, and drip tip under some warm to hot running water, and dry them off. Each time I replace a coil, I just wipe out the bottom base, use a piece of twisted paper towel to clean out the chimney, and run a Q-tip through my drip tip. That's it!

"do I need spare o-rings?":

There are no o-rings to replace on any of the 3 versions of the Zenith tanks themselves. The only visible o-rings...are 1 on the base of each coil and 2 small ones on the drip tip. Each replacement coil comes with an o-ring already on it, and I've never had any problems with the 2 small o-rings on my drip tips...despite how many times I've removed and replaced them from the tanks.

All in all...in my experience with them...they're by far THE most troublefree, easy to use, well-designed, and durable tanks I've ever had.

You are always so great at explaining things! :) it is probably the teacher in you! I bet you were an excellent teacher :)

Mixing juice isn’t very hard really. People new to mixing think you need all sorts of specialized equipment, but I just use a 120ml bottle with some sharpie lines on it.
That's exactly how I mix my unflavored base (one line every 10 ml, 100 ml total... and the rest is air space so I can shake it) I do love my new scale for adding flavors... was so hard before using a syringe)

That's very kind of you to say. :) Also, you're right, the teacher in me definitely affects how/when I post. I try to be clear and thorough, and to only post about things I have personal experience with...when it comes to vape gear and DIYing eliquids. About other gear and aspects of vaping I'm not as familiar with as others are though... I rely on, and learn from, their posts. We have many good "teachers" on the ECF, IMO. :)

So I am pretty much done stocking up! Here is what I have:

For later use after the above is gone:
-6 Aspire CF Mods (because they were dirt cheap!) (22mm)
5 Aspire Nautilus 2 tanks (22mm) and 19 5-packs nautilis BVC coils and with spare glass and o-rings
8 Zenith D22 Tanks(22mm) (Z coils totaled below)
-3 Aegis Solos
6 Zenith tanks
6 Zslide tanks

38 5-packs z coils

I do still have to get a battery charger and I am considering one more mod that would use the same tanks and coils. Possibly a Kroma R ….just to change it up. And if I do get another mod I will probably throw in a few more Zcoils!

Then I am done, done, done!

Hi- I'm long time reader and 1st time poster. Like you, I'm MTL & trying to inventory up before vape mail ban.

I'm pushing 60 and I don't see a quit on the horizon for me. I stopped cigs in 2013. I'm high strung and prone to lengthy bouts of nervous energy. Vape keeps it in check.

So far I've purchased 3 Aegis Solos & 2 Vaporesso Gens because, after trying the Solo, I was a little disappointed with the battery life at a low 10-14 watts. I do vape a lot but I was hoping it would last 8-10 hrs which it didn't. Anyway, I'm getting Zenith tanks too along with Aspire Tigon. I'm wondering how many coils to buy. Like you, I have about 300. If those coils only last a week, 300 coils is about 5.76 yrs. I'd like to know how many years you're attempting to stock for because I'm thinking of buying another 300 coils.

I'm pretty sure I need to order a bookcase for all my back stock too especially after I buy 2 yrs of juice next month. :)

Thanks for all the good info on Zenith. I've purchased 4 of them in the past week and like them very much. I notice that Fast Tech has the 4ml for several dollars less than what I paid. Would you have an opinion as to their authenticity?

You're welcome for the Zenith info. I wish I could've told you about the following before you bought the 4 Zeniths you already have.

If you'd like more of them, the 4mL full-size ones....please PM me (start a private conversation with me) before you buy any! I can tell you what US vendor has them in SS for less than $9 each + S/H (even the S/H is reasonable IMO). I already had a gracious plenty of the Zeniths in several sizes, but at that price...I bought more to add to my stash! Lots of people have PM'd me about them and gotten multiples, too. I can also recommend where to get more Z-coils for THE best price, if you didn't see it in one of my other posts already. I just had another 20 boxes of them delivered this afternoon, that are for a friend.

ETA: Just reread that you've read a lot on here, but the above was your first post. So, you likely won't know how to PM me. I'll send YOU a message that will start a conversation between us. You'll see a 1 in your Inbox at the top of the page. Just click to drop the box down and click on the conversation title that will be there. :)

Well, I am thinking 10 more years of vaping at the very most. If I quit before that I could most likely sell whats left over. If I start running low and still vaping it will probably be reason/incentive to quit at that time. I know I'm good for several years though so I've relaxed about it all.

I am hoping for more like a minimum of 3 weeks per coil.

Fasttech has had some issues in the past, but you can pretty much be guaranteed that if FT says it's authentic, it's authentic, but especially with such a tightly controlled brand as Innokin.
