This plastic isn't polycarbon, i forget what it's called but it handles citrus with no problem. The modfather is a good tank too, but the Sherman delivers a lot more flavor and smoother airflow. I do miss the series deck of the MF, though. Wasn't too impressed with the postless.

With the 'shorty kit' you can get flavor out of the modfather that's almost as good as the Sherman's....shorty kit, series deck, dual aliens at .6, on a pwm box......hell yes, it's a nice vape! I still prefer the Sherman, though.

The Modfather with the short kit has very intense flavor, the series deck is a dream. I was interested in the Sherman until the plastic tank, as I said that's a deal killer. Over $80 list and it's a plastic tank, especially ludicrous, won't touch it. Poly, that's just another plastic.

Im wondering if or how hard to go local fabrication shop an ask prices of ss piping an such for mod father 10ml an shorty an Sherman's there could be a little business opportunity here [emoji39][emoji39], if could get a few made an prices right im dam sure all whom we chat to online would purchase one , to make them battle hardened , out of 304 ss

apparently the glass section of the bfdt i think it's called, works perfectly. I don't know where you'd get one of those. ultem is preferable to glass, imo, it's lighter, doesn't break as easily and looks great.....that's what the new tank sections are made of

These things are so limited in quantity that unless you really want one, you probably won't get one. I believe the next batch is of 200 units, and is the biggest batch to date.
The only tank that I've used that I can say gives off as much flavor as the Sherman, is the Mage by CoilArt....even then, the Sherman gives a 'fuller' flavor, imo. I ran the MF with shorty kit for five months, I am very aware of its capabilities, I believe. But one doesn't have to be better, and one worse, they can both be good.
Steamcrave is coming out with a 30 mm version of the Aromamizer, and I bet that gives the MF a run for its money too, it will also have the three deck options, postless, series, and velocity deck....it will ship with the postless deck. it looks good to me, thinking I might buy one to compare to these others. Also a gold edition of the modfather is being released.

Ok I got an order in hopefully they do not over pre order these so we dont miss out , that would be a bummer to pay an have to wait months , what's shipping times on these from there site , i still think it should be uk/ ire only since the are not allowed on the two usa dites that are taking pre orders but everywhere else is ,

Yeah if the Sherman was Quartz or Pyrex I'd be all over it, but I will not buy any tank that is plastic, especially any that is over $20. I believe the added flavor is due to bottom air flow, bottom air in my experience always provides better/more flavor.

As for the 30mm Aromamizer, doubt I'll pick one up unless it blows the Modfather away which I highly doubt it will. I have the Boreas that I enjoy much more than the Aromamizer and since I have 3 Modfather's I don't see the value in the 30mm Aromamizer.

Anyway nice to see more 30mm devices coming out, what I am especially exited about is there is going to be a Modfather RDA soon. A 30mm "series" RDA............ I'm so all over this!

Plus Modfather has another Tank on it's way the Voltron, a 40mm beast here's a pix of it

That 40mm Modfather looks massive...I'm not really a fan of this trend towards huge tanks, even 30mm is huge...but that's a great thing about these small companies, they can afford to cater to niche markets....I also highly doubt that the Aromamizer 30mm is going to blow the MF out of the water....I would be shocked if its build quality is even close to the MF's. I will say this, though..if you like the boreas and the MF, you might wanna look at the cthulhu v3. it's only 26mm but has a much bigger build deck than the MF, and more airflow....also comes with two decks, a v-deck and a single coil one.

Yeah the 40mm is huge, only way I'd think about getting it is if I had a HOG V3. 30mm is good for me for my series Mod's (specifically my VCP Big Pig) and my 26650 tube's.

As for the TPD 2ml BS, there's always fairly easy ways to get around that, you just can't buy them in Europe. The TPD across the pond and the FDA BS here is nothing more than to protect Big Pharma and Big Tobacco. That and also to protect the revenue generated by Tobacco tax's into Governments slush funds, essentially they profit from the sick and dying.

Wow looks similar to sherman in shape , apart from airflow , they said Glass be available in end Dec to Jan on some posts , So will see or see if i can find either a ss Or brass or glass replacement that fits it , Wont be easy but will see, I like the side airflows of Boreas , mod farther , ud bellus , supreme Lyte , supreme , and Cloudnus RDTA , an such all have easy removal decks , i got a tester sample tank myself here , ,

V2 25mm not released yet , sample on side under 20 product serial number , looks like its little 22mm bro on the airflow but had an overall inside airflow leaving a small chamber for stopping condensation im assuming ,
