Short hair, don't care. Fresh from the groomers (my granddaughter put a flower in her hair)

Aw i wish Toby could do that. Instead he had to get sedated like a hyena on uppers while he tries to bite everyone then shaved to his skin all over quickly before he comes to. Then I come pay 500 bucks and pick him up all dopey

But not anymore, right? You're going to give him a good going-over regularly with the clippers?

I let these buns go to town on the dirt today digging. The ground was so hard too I would be hard pressed to get a shovel into the ground. The bunnies made some good holes some almost to china.
That reminds me of this cute video:

Does anyone deal with chillblains? I would love a cure. I work outside in cold, occasionally freezing conditions. And i mainly get them on my toes and hands.
Witch hazel does help but you need to apply several times a day.

Treating chilblains at home

Suggestions for treating chilblains at home include:
  • Resist the urge to scratch, as this will further damage the skin.
  • Use calamine lotion or witch hazel to soothe the itching. Your chemist may also supply a suitable product.
  • Lanolin or similar, rubbed into the feet, will help retain body heat.
  • Wear woollen or cotton socks.
  • Keep your whole body warm.
  • Gentle exercise will improve circulation to your feet.

Thank you - lanolin is from sheeps wool. Think Luna will mind Gemma sleeping with us? ;)

Luna would probably love every minute I suspect. If you haven't tried the witch hazel yet I think you should. It will sting a bit for a moment but should help.

The time has come that I really really didn’t want. Monk is going across the Rainbow Bridge tomorrow. His vet (one of my oldest’s bffs) was a senior in high school when he was born. She came to the house in the middle of the night in time to see him arrive. And will be here to see him in the end. My poor sweet, April Fools Day pup pup.
