Ricky, my DH and I are both on disability but I'd like to help too. I can't send much but it all adds up. Let me know when you get PayPal set up. You're doing a good thing with these bunnies!
Aw thank you so much I don’t want you to set yourself short or anything. Anything would help though then I wouldn’t have to pay so much. I just got a mom who doesn’t have an income and depends on me for most everything money related and then my Dog is taking up a good chunk of money. My mom is really against giving my dog any sort of drugs that’s not from a vet or done at an office. He won’t let anyone clip his hair and he’s matted up pretty bad. I’m gonna look into some options for him like Mabye a groomer would be willing to let me muzzle him and stay with him while he gets groomed. Because a 400 dollar hair cut is a bit much.

Then when I heard at least 300 for my rabbit to be fixed I was just heartbroken. But you guys have really lifted my spirts.

ricky, you have to learn how to give your dog a hair cut.
this is something you can do, even if it's hard.
the first time might be a problem, but it will get easier.

research it, then spend your money on good tools.
you can afford all the tools you need, when the alternative is $400.

i've worked with animals all my life.
dogs cats, goats, cattl, horses, chickens.
i never could have afforded these critters if i had to pay for professional help every time.

if you have problems, i can help.

Hey I’m a little confused still because according to the info all I can do with a personal account is buy things online. I don’t think I can accept money. I think the business one is for that but they take a fee it says.

I have my bank account number. Mabye I’ll just trust what you say and make a personal account. See what happens.

Thanks but I think you will have met your match with my dog. The vet has drugged him with doses of alprolozam ketamine and phenobarbital that would knock a human out and still he bites.

Money can be sent to personal accounts. The person sending the money just has to indicate that the money is going to a friend.

Right ^^, the business account is for people who sell things and accept payment through PayPal. You can send invoices from PP and have people pay them directly, which PP takes a fee for. But any PP account can send/receive money when it is designated for friends/family.

I am not sure how this works, what Skunk is talking about. I would just send a pm, with all of us included and that PM should include your email address that you listed with Paypal.

Lunch time with Stevie nicks and her sister.
They are enjoying their houses pushed together with two openings cut.

I'm beginning to think Stevie and her sister have been playing a long game here: entrance you with their charms till you decide to bring them home and then lure all the competition into your traps so they have the lumberyard to themselves.

More seriously, I worry about the babies you inevitably are going to be dealing with. A very cold, pragmatic part of me thinks that if Sassy gives birth, you should very kindly euthanize her children. The alternative will be to sex them and then incur more neutering costs, crossing your fingers that you sterilize the boys in time, and then resign yourself to spending a fortune on bunny food. It's a quandary.

I think that at this point in your bunny carreer @Ricky Vapes, you would benefit from taking an animal husbandry course at your community college. I learned many things when I took mine, including hands-on experience in neutering bulls, giving shots and vaccinations, many things. Something to consider, depending on how far you're planning to take this.

Maybe not, but programs differ depending on where you're at. They teach a lot of good info on different subjects relevant to the care of traditional farm animals, rabbits being one. I have no idea what is taught locally, but asking about it doesn't cost anything. I had to go through the course as part of my horticulture degree, and I thought I'd hate it, but it was really interesting. I draw the line at taking semen samples for motility testing. I was sick that day, no m********ing bulls, thanks. Rotflmao!

i don't understand how australians can have lots of cats.
It goes back in our history when white man first settled here. The rabbits were introduced then became a problem. Cats were then introduced to attempt to eradicate the feral rabbits. The cats then became feral.

Over time, with other eradication programmes, and nature taking its own course, the rabbits are now semi in control - at least in parts of Queensland where I live.

It is illegal to keep a rabbit except if you have a special permit and it some states it is totally banned to keep a rabbit. Cats on the other hand - anyone can keep - they just need to be registered with your local Council - as do our dogs.

History lesson over!
