Great Service should never go unnoticed.

I received my 3rd shipment from FSUSA in the mail today (it was shipped on Dec 13th to Canada, and I know that it takes 3 weeks plus the holidays to arrive). The shipment was in perfect condition, all items received, in fact, my first BIG bottles from FSUSA. (I will post picks on the other thread soon.)
But what struck me was the product description page that accompanied the shipment. It was a personal, hand written "thank-you" from everyone involved in the process. Now that’s something I haven’t seen in a long while from any service provider.

So, I would like to return the favor.... A Big "Merci" from a very happy customer here in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada to.......

Mark G.
Amy
Carolle
Francis D. (i think)
and Frankie C> (i think again)

David....you have a stunning staff at FSUSA, make sure they get this, will you?

Man, I bet your glad you quit smoking cigarettes especially living in Canada. I was paying like 5 dollars a pack, and I thought I was gonna pass out because of it. I heard somewhere that cigarettes were upwards of 12 dollars a pack in Canada! Shoot, going from 12 dollars a pack to pennies a day for juice and still getting the rewarding flavor and smoke must be a load off your mind and Pockets!

I get kicks from the personally touched invoices as well! I throw away all my receipts except for the FSUSA ones. I'm just waiting on a MistressNomad signature... haha, she's an icon to me in the e-cig world. Sorry MN, don't want to pile on to your workload:)

So you're asking for MN's autograph? What about it, MN?

That's true, here in New Brunswick the cost is between $8 and $9.50 depending on the brand. Generally in Canada, between 63 and 79 per cent of the price of a package of cigarettes is tax. In New York, by comparison, the tax on cigarettes is 38 per cent.

I would have paid anything if I didn't find e-cigs...and I believe that's true for most out there.

Ha ha, my autograph? Aw shucks.

I don't sign too many orders, as I am not typically involved in processing them. But I do sometimes initial them at the top of the invoice (my initials are CAT - yes, really), if I checked over it at some point.

Trust me, the folks actually handling your orders are way cooler than me. Their magic hands made your juice.

Just pulled out an invoice right next to me and BAM! There's CAT! </puts in scrapbook> You should put, like, "The MAD" or something like that.. That would be cool!

I agree with all the posts above. /thumbsup

I just got a shipment from FSUSA and they were all signed with thank you notes by the people involved. It might not seem like much but it still is a cool gesture. I mean really... with all the usual online orders it is easy to forget that people in the back-end are doing the work (cool people at that. Isn't it obvious? They are vapers. xD)
Even one person wrote a few words in my native language (spanish). How cool is that?

Having said that. I'm holding onto Mark G's, Frankie's, Kristen's, Gab's and Amy's autographs.
No good deed goes unpunished so... a thanks to all of you in FSUSA is in order as well.

I feel really lucky I get to hang out with these people all day long. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun here, and this is the best work team I've ever been with, hands down.

I wish you guys could see how awesome everyone really is here. The signed invoices show a glipse of it though. :)
