Oh I do hope mine isn't one that has to go back, that would be very sad, order #1059 I actually got two emails that say awaiting shipment so no tracking number here. web page says shipped, I am kind of expecting it today

Seriously though, this is my first time dealing with Mike & Notcigs and I have to say I am very impressed. There are a lot of companies out there and most sell a decent product and ship quickly, but where customer service really shows is when something goes wrong, how do they deal with it?... and Mike has dealt with this issue amazingly! Between making a new website, dealing with parts suppliers sending wrong parts, fedex sending other parts on 'round the world tours, machine shops making parts that are not to spec, and on top of all that dealing with all of us on here drooling and begging for our Infinities its a wonder he still has his sanity

LOL, but he has handled everything graciously, quickly and very professionally!!
