Ok this issue is now fixed there is a check box required on checkout that says : 1 week build time " and you have to check it to place the order .
I am out of protected batteries until China opens back up in 2 weeks , I have good ones coming , the Infinity and the Buzz both have protection built into them ! they have Over current protection like protected batteries do ( I use up protected batts all the time ! )
the only thing that the batts are not protected for is over discharge below 2.0 volts but at 2.75 volts the Infinity will stop hitting with any vapor so this should not be an issue.
the HYPE over un-protected batteries was because they were used with devices that had NO PROTECTION , we are in a new world now the protection is built into the device ( we were the first to do this BTW ) and the batteries were dead shorted out and not used properly.
If this is an issue you can wait for the ones from china that are protected. Sorry I thought I had ordered 300 sets and ordered 300 batteries.
You right,...... I understand the difference between pre-order, in stock, etc.....and I also understand if you order something and its custom made it will take longer. The way it looked when I placed my order....these things are full ready and shipping right out the door....but thanks for the info and I will be looking forward to getting it.
are the batteries you're shipping out currently going to need the small magnetic spacer?

Yes but they will be put on already ( we will install them securely ) so you do not have to do anything .

yup Bov the northeast isn't gonna be pretty im not looking forward to this at all, i have 4 houses to shovel...gotta stock up on the bengay and motrin, my lower back has been flaring up like crazy this past month, and ive spent more on salt than vaping.
Well, things aren't all sweetness and light here in CA, either. I didn't even get up to 70 degrees today, topped out at 68. There's talk that a storm will pass through tomorrow night and leave 1/4" of rain in its wake.

It is, it took mine that long to go 2 miles.
I see ours is coming in Tuesday night to Weds. but they're not saying how much yet. What a bummer.
