Glad you're liking it Mark. I have an interesting twist on your contact problem. I am having issues with a box of 510 boge cartos (3rd one from this box) They make contact fine on my Infinity but not on my Buzz! I've never had any problems before so I'm chalking it up to just a screwy batch of cartos...they taste fine tho.

Looks like the center post is maybe 1/16" too low, compared to all my other 808 connectors.

So close and yet so far...

Need a rework.

Again, no surprise, 808 on infinity is not a standard production choice. It is sweet with an adaptor, but that is a bit clunky.

Mark, I have an Elegant from Cignot (808 ego type) and it's center post is like that. I went round and round with them and it never got fixed or replaced even tho it was still under warrenty! Another $50 wasted...pity since it was pretty. But it was another learning experience that led me to the Buzz!

Mark you can ever so gently pull the center connector up. I usially use a paper clip with a tiny L on the end so I can wedge it in the hole enough to gently pull up. It will slowly come up.

Take a paper clip or small screwdriver and prise up the center post of the CARTO instead of the batt and see if that helps - I have to do that every now and then with my cartos - works like a charm!
