I have 25 atomizers from RD "being processed by United States Customs" at JFK since Friday morning at 6 AM.
Friend just got a load in from Best--ordered on Wednesday--tracking never said anything but arrived for processing. Put tracking number in USPS and it showed it was already in Florida and I got it today. Now that is a first as it missed all scans---never anything about going though Customs at all----so never rely on tracking!!!!!!-------Sun

I've ordered several times from China and have never received that message.
This order was from Ruyan Direct and I ordered it on the 11th, and just got it today. It has never taken that long to get here.

Hello everyone. I’m new to the ecigarette world and also to this forum. In my decision of which product to buy (Joye 510) and also where to buy (E-Smokeytreats.com) with great feedback from all of the members and video reviews by Terraphon (Youtube handle – thanks by the way, your reviews are awesome and amusing) I feel like I could find a home in this community. I also feel that this and many other communities are in jeopardy.
Like most of you I have been smoking for 14+ years and tried quitting. Each time I failed not only because of the nicotine addiction but also the physical addiction and the realization that I LIKED it. I enjoy smoking when on a phone call or working. Thanks to the ecig I can continue to enjoy this without the side effects and knowing in the back of my mind that it might hinder me from seeing my future children grow and have grand children. I feel so strongly about this product and where it will go that I’ve decided to step up and do all I can to see it grow in popularity and social acceptance. Many people complain and talk about stock piling reserves in case the FDA closes its fist on us.
We need to be heard. We, as the believers in this product, need to educate the public. How? By any means necessary.
I am a filmmaker from NY who would like to produce a documentary on Ecigs. I want to show the truth behind the product and bring the faces of those it’s helped (and those whose lives were saved by the product) into the light. I have the equipment and the know how to get it professionally and legitimately done but I need help from some members to make this happen.
I don’t want your money, I want your knowledge. Here’s what I need:
1) I need stories of people who have quit smoking (or drastically cut down) thanks to the ecig. I want to interview you/your family on camera.
2) I need facts:
a. What chemicals are in ecigs? (good and bad)
b. What research has been done? (positive and negative)
c. Who is trying to ban it and why (Let’s expose the hypocrisy)
d. Nicotine facts (good and bad)
3) I would also like vendors to showcase products and talk about how they make their juice and other such things.
4) ANYTHING YOU MIGHT SUGGEST
The documentary has to be honest, hence why I ask for the good and bad. We cannot get called out on our information as trying to slant the truth. We’re not like those trying to ban us and we won’t lie. This could be the perfect tool to introduce the public to the product and possibly help others. Will it work? Let’s hope so. If not, we tried another way to get ourselves heard.
Anyone willing to be interviewed, please be in the New York area as I can’t afford to fly all over the place though I’d like to. You can PM me and tell me your story. Anyone who feels they can help in anyway feel free to suggest how. Let’s make this happen and be quick about it! Time might just be running out!

Customs can open any package at any time if they are suspicious. The fact that customs opens hundreds of trucks looking for contra band yearly is a prime example. no search warrant is needed.
wrong.. after that time someone updated the tracking information.. thats all you know for certain..
everything we send to the US tracks as arriving in NY.. it remains saying this until after the item is delivered.. it then updates to say item delivered or delivery attempted..
this is over hundreds of items and USPS.. its says or implies daily updates and says check back later but its bullsh-t..
when queried USPS will always say customs still have it.. this again is bullsh-t..
basically dont take the tracking information as gospel.. again we never have a problems with US deliveries... except for the false tracking information.. the items always arrive..
this is over hundreds of items so you can assume what i have just said is vaguely correct.. we dont bother to track them all but when we do we get exactly the same results... the item appearing to sit in customs when it quite clearly isnt..
not unless USPS use an instant teleportation device from customs to the customers mail box..

This I learned is correct. I recently made a purchase on best e-cig and found that my item arrived in NY within two days of delivery. It said that until this morning when the tracking information suddenly changed from arrived in NY to a delivery attempt. I must have hit it lucky since it never once seemed to have gone through Customs, and if it did, they must have just brushed it aside, as it only took 4 days from China to Rhode Island

What I'm getting out of all of the replies to this is (correct me if I'm wrong please) even though tracking may say it hasn't gone anywhere, it really has? I too ordered from Best e-cig. Tracking says it did leave Xiamen but no updates since. Although it has been only 3 days since anything has happened, im still a little worried it has been held up. I'm not sure if I'm making any sense here, I suppose I'm just a little anxious and should be patient. Its my first and, again, im anxious for its arrival. Haha.
I noticed that several of my packages had the description "electronics" - got here fast - no holdups.

Well, as I am new to the forum and to forums in general, i do not know how to edit my previous posts. Not 10 minutes after I posted my last, I decided to check my order one more time and sure enough, it was updated. Arrival at sorting center. hopefully it goes quick **crossed fingers**
