Shipping delay info

Was out of town Saturday but the fluxomizers were delivered. Got them Sunday. I messed one up doing the mod from the video, I think I loosened the seal at the bottom wiggling it trying to fluff the wicks so all the juice leaked out overnight (my fault). On two others I just followed the instructions on the card that came with the box, they are working awesome. Great taste, loads of vapor. Will be getting more of these.

Yea I ordered on 10/4 hoping to get my stuff shipped the same day, I was going on a camping trip.....no luck, ok I know these guys are busy, not that big of a deal. I got my shipping notice on 10/5, ok it will be here when I get back on Sun......nope, even though estimated delivery date was 10/8, the tracking says nothing about leaving Bethpage or arriving in NC, today is a postal holiday so no mail. I think it will be here tomorrow...who knows now it will have been a week to get my "priority" package. I'm not upset with got vapes but very frustrated with the whole ordeal.

My package sat in the Honolulu PO processing center for 5 days, very frustrating, it took 2 days to get from NY to Hawaii and it sat there, I finally got it yesterday. 10 day wait when it could have been 5. I had the same issue when I got my ProVari, it sat in Hononlulu for 4 days. I know now where the problem lies & just have to live with it. The GV crew do get their orders out but its up to the PO to do the rest and it seems that certain POs don't maintain the same level of productivity.

It's my first order with you guys and I haven't had anything come first class from the states or used usps tracking before. Was kinda hoping it was a glitch and gonna give it another day or so, maybe the end of the week, before I contacted you. (Plus I'd seen one of arjay's comments saying it could take up to a couple of weeks to get to Aus)

I've been in the mail order business for 35 years .. the Post Office confirmation number is delivery confirmation .. it was never designed as a tracking number although some like to use it as such .. it is essentially worthless as a tracking number as compared to what UPS / FedEx offers ..

There is no substantial difference from one Post Office to another .. if there is, then customers should contact 800-ASK-USPS .. and trust me, they are quite receptive these days to mail issues ..

True on the confirmation/tracking but no reason for something to take more than 2 days to come across the river. I'd prefer to pick up in person if that option were avail but then it would cost me $10+ tolls to get over the river

Well mine must be metaphysical.... even though it's been here a week, it's still in N.Y. according to the system..... for some reason that makes me chuckle.
I think I'm odd.

Are you using the stamps.com tracking site to check for your parcels? I recommend using the official USPS track & confirm site. I am waiting on 3 orders, if I go to the stamps.com site, all it shows is electronic info received. On the USPS site, it shows all 3 have arrived at the Honolulu Processing center. 2-3 days from each point of origin. My GV order got there in 2, but past experience shows that it will sit in Honolulu for an average of 3-5 days. They need a good swift kick over there. It used to take only 1 day transit from Hawaii to Guam on the overnight flight & I'd get my package the same day. Hopefully, I'll get everything one shot on Monday. I used to get Priority & First class mail in 4 days from anywhere in the 48.

stamps.com is the suck when it comes to tracking anything. I've had orders a week old delivered and stamps.com
only says "info received"

I can order priority from anywhere in the country and get it in 2 to 3 days normally 2 day's. Anything from NY area 4-5 day's with 5 normally I have also noticed when I order from GV it takes 1-2 day's after they say it shipped before usps acknowledged it received it.

Never understood why I pay sales tax in Texas and it ships from NY

GV main office is registered in Texas where Danno is.

My order has now made it from Whitestone to Brooklyn after 4 days. They must have walked it there
