9 days is really really fast. Parcels from China usually take that long to clear customs.

Yeah, I was shocked too. I figured my package was on the infamous "slow boat"
Especially since my US orders took soooooooo long.
If I didn't have bad luck I wouldn't have any at all my first order gets turned away then it gets reshipped passes through customs in record time then well have a look and you can see for yourselves.It has nothing to do with which company I order from I just have bad luck and this is my first order from china I really hope my second order will be much smoother then this.

My order took quite some time I placed the order may 10th it got turned away once, then reshipped still not all that bad considering all their Fuzz ups and having to be reshipped eh.
I figure if it hadn't got stopped at customs it would have only taken like 10 days.
I hope my next order doesn't travel the world and if it does at least send me postcard's

I mentioned 3 weeks for my 4 deliveries from China. It's actually 17 days average. I also have 2 orders from China that I took a gamble on and ordered on May 28th knowing of a possible strike. They have not reached Vancouver yet, so I may not see them for a while, and one of them contains a few 30ml bottles of juice. I will continue getting my stuff from China because of the savings, but that may change if I start getting my orders sent back.

Greenhouse One is lightning fast, I have nothing but good things to say about them.
My 2 parcels from Health Cabin are moving slower. They shipped out the day after I placed the order. One of them shipped from China on May 28th and the other on May 30th. Both reached Vancouver Customs at the same time yesterday June 7th.
I made an order June 7th and it passed through customs already I am very happy dealing with china for ecig supply's again was only in customs a few hours but my last order has the record still I believe for fastest cruise through Customs lol in case you wondering I am dealing with bestecig.com great company great service and they just lowered their juice prices.

my eastmall order arrived today. they were on holidays when I ordered and I got an auto email tio say so. won't count that time. selina emailed when they got back and my order was shipped the next day, on the 11th and here today on the 16th. sat in customs for 55 mins. 14X 20ml bottles and 25 cartos. now I can say I have tried every dekang tobacco made... plus am vaping lamberti {rose' wine). interesting taste
hey guys I'm getting worried, i dunno what the h&ll is going on with my order. ok so my item arrived in vancouver customs on the 8th of august and today is the 23rd of august... its apparently still being "reviewed" by customs, this is what canada post says:

is this normal? whats the longest period of time that customs can hold on the shipping before i know that its been rejected or seized? also does canada post update their site everyday? is it a good chance that they are lacking on updating my order? sorry for all these questions but i'm dying to know! and btw i ordered from health cabin as their prices are remarkable and i got free shipping since i made an order of almost $260 and they wanted to separate the hardware and the juice for a better chance to make it in canada safely. also amy said in one of her posts that since january 2011 none of their orders have been rejected or sent back.... and oh for got to mention that both of my boxes or packages have the same thing saying on canada post website.
any ideas guys?? as to what i should expect from this point on...?

i see, i was on the canada post website and i says that i am unable to track any sort of letter mail package if expecting one. even if you have a tracking # the next time it updates is when the customer has signed saying they have received the package... so I'm hoping thats correct and i get my two packages some time this week. also amy from hc just messaged me saying "normally it takes 20-40 days to pass through customs. "

I've ordered from eastmall.net three times never had a problem with customs and it clears usually within the day, and the juice is $4 for 20ml which is pretty cheap so I'd try them next time. Haha funny, but as you see their site isn't on the first two pages I looked at, I found them on the forums supplier list though.
Yea I agree with you on the hassle of paying for DOA items with eastmall. They say that it will be sent with your next order which of course means you have to order more just to get the item you needed, deinitely a hassle.
