BluSwatch,

Did you happen to noticce what kind of shoes the mailperson you got the strange look from was wearing? "Oh crap I've been caught wearing womens shoes!" can look alot like "you must have some type of delusional syndrome". Errmmm... So I've been told. Not that I was caught wearing womens shoes or anything...

:D

Maximillian the Courier Observant

And these were ones with the wide soles for pronators ..... or old ladies who are afraid of falling over and breaking a hip! Bet the guy felt REAL stable ...... :glare:

Balth - I worked at one of those photo processing places in my youth, putting the packets of finished prints in bins to go to the proper drug stores based on a certain # (sort of like sorting mail) and I have to say it was a boring, repetative, messed up job for about $3.50/hr in those days. I don't envy the mail sorters ....... that job would s*ck!

....... except maybe for their pensions .......

I understand the frustration for those that haven't received their packages yet but the fact is we have yet to have a package not reach it's destination in over 7 months. I hope you understand that this issue with the USPS is beyond our control. We're going to talk to them tomorrow. Once the package leaves our hands we trust the USPS to do their job and we will let them know our frustration. They do sometimes send packages to the middle of no where because their systems screw up but they have always found there way where they were addressed to go.

I would hope you would also let everyone know that we offered a 50% of eliquid coupon even though this issue with the PO is beyond our control. I'll offer the same thing to anyone else effected by their errors ie the tracking has their package way off course. I can't post on that thread but feel free to let everyone know that we will issue a coupon to them as well for their trouble. All they need to do is submit a ticket on our site and we'll do that for them.

I have no doubt these packages will show up where they are supposed to be.

Thanks
Matt
VaporGod.com

so have anyone got a package that was messed up here from vaporgod?

I was considering using the 50% thing but my package didnt arrive the first time... I doubt it will the second time

You haven't even given time for it to arrive, I've been using VaporGod for a while with he always comes through. If you feel the need to give him a negative review do so in the negative review section so he can reply to you.

Sorry if you feel I'm being abrasive, but you can't hold them responsible for something out of their control.

Initially in my post I did not say who the vendor was...only after I was sent PM's from others with the same issue did the vendor name come up...I never said it was anyone's fault I just wondered what my tracking info meant and if it was normal,as I had never had this problem with an order elsewhere. However I was a bit perplexed that the response I got from vaporgod made it seem like this has only happened one other time in the past(I think there are 3 of us here on this post)and that he was SURE my package was in transit.I became alarmed when I saw that I had paid for it and it said it was out for delivery in PA (back at the same post office) when I clearly live in TN...that was the reason for the initial post...not to bash a vendor.I am sorry that apparently their was more than just me having this same problem with the same vendor orders.I guess we all have our favorite vendors and I have seen a few problems on here with some of the vendors that I personally like.Sorry that we all cant have 100% satisfaction with every vendor we order from or the post office for that matter. At least now vaporgod will know that indeed there is an issue with the USPS and maybe he can complain.

Anything we can do to help this situation we're all for. I just hope people understand we shipped these packages accurately. The USPS has screwed up the routing on about 8 packages out of approximately 300 we shipped this past weekend. 8 too many!

I just want to help out the situation. and post the responses

I am going to give them another try very soon and buy 1000 ml from them along with about 50 cartomizers
