I understand the frustration for those that haven't received their packages yet but the fact is we have yet to have a package not reach it's destination in over 7 months. I hope you understand that this issue with the USPS is beyond our control. We're going to talk to them tomorrow. Once the package leaves our hands we trust the USPS to do their job and we will let them know our frustration. They do sometimes send packages to the middle of no where because their systems screw up but they have always found there way where they were addressed to go.
I would hope you would also let everyone know that we offered a 50% of
eliquid coupon even though this issue with the PO is beyond our control. I'll offer the same thing to anyone else effected by their errors ie the tracking has their package way off course. I can't post on that
thread but feel free to let everyone know that we will issue a coupon to them as well for their trouble. All they need to do is submit a ticket on our site and we'll do that for them.
I have no doubt these packages will show up where they are supposed to be.
