Shipping problems due to the weather???

Awww, come on guys! I'm in CHina! I don't even know what the weather IS there, let alone if it's affecting shipping! :laugh:

All I know is it is cold here, and homes don't have internal heating in this part of China. So I'm spending all my time huddled next to a space heater, and I came down with a cold this weekend. :(

So, give me a break about the weather, OK? :p

LOL Leaf, I was just wondering...Jersey got hit with tons of snow. I hope you feel better...drink lots of tea with honey, lemon and whiskey. You'll be better in no time :D

I spoke with Bloog CS yesterday because I was concerned over never receiving an order confirmation. They told me that they had a snow blizzard and was closed until yesterday (28th) but they are back up and operational now! I received my tracking # yesterday afternoon.

My order has been sitting at fedex since 12/28 and it was just picked up with a delivery of 1/4. Bloog shipped super fast but as I thought, the weather is affecting fedex delivery. Not a big deal since I have enough cartos to last me until long after that. Just thought I'd let others know if they're waiting too.

Mine has been sitting at fedex since the 28th also and just picked up in NJ today with expected delivery tomorrow - keeping my fingers crossed!! Can't wait to try my new MaxxFusion!!! :)

I'm working on getting us a real Customer Service presence on the forum. Her name is Ashley, she's terriffic, and we're just waiting for forum admin to list her as a supplier associate.

And I understand your frustration, and sympathize. Really.

But there's usually not much if anything any company can do about slow shipping. And it is the post holiday season, when all the shippers are trying to get caught back up. And there was a flipping blizzard, apparently. ;) Of course if anyone has a way to hook me up with St. Nick, I'll see what we can do about renting his sleigh for the off season. ;)

And I'm sure everything will settle back to normal soon.
