Shipping Time???

I'm new to Freedom Smoke USA, and I'm wondering about the order processing time. I placed an order on 10-30, and got a nice note from Pam saying that they'd start blending the juices and ship everything ASAP.

Since then, I haven't gotten a shipping notification, or any other communication. I know they're busy, I ordered during a sale, and they apparently blend them to order- so I'm not expecting lightening fast turn-around times. Good things take time BUT my husband's birthday is coming up.

Anyone know what I can expect as far as shipping time or if it's normal to receive a shipment confirmation?

I would think you should here something today or tomorrow. Shoot them an email or pm with the order number to get an update, If they have to custom blend it can take a couple of extra days but usually they turn things around pretty quickly

Please send them an email with your order number. You could use the contact us through their site or you could respond to the email that you got from Pam. They are great to deal with and will appreciate your inquiry

I've only ordered twice, well 3 times now but each time I get an email with the status update...ordered...processing...then shipped with a confirmation number. I'm sure if you send Dave an email he'll get back with you and let you know what's up.

sorry we had a hitch with bottles from the last sale and blazed through bottles, we got more in and shipping rapidly. in the coming weeks all liquid orders are going to ship same day or next day at the latest from here on out

That is the kind of service that they strive for but once in awhile things just happen

According to my tracking info, it looks like my package was sitting in the AZ Post Office for 3 days before it was sent out yesterday. Was hoping to try some new juices this weekend. I'm having them delivered to my office so if the postman comes by tomorrow, I won't be here.

Not FSUSA's fault but I'm dissapointed I wont get to try out their juice this weekend. I hope the wait is worth it.

At least they'll have time to steep a bit!

THE POST OFFICE JOB INTERVIEW

A guy goes to the Post Office to apply for a job.

The interviewer asks him "Are you allergic to anything?"

He says "Yes, just caffeine."

"Have you ever been in the service?" the interviewer asks.

"Yes," he says, "I was in Iraq for two years."

The interviewer says "That will give you 5 extra points toward employment
here.", and then asks, "Are you disabled in any way?"

The guy says, "Yes... an IED exploded near me and

The interviewer tells the guy "O.K. In that case, I
can hire you right now. Normal hours are from 8am to 4pm. You can start
tomorrow at 10am, and plan on starting at 10am every day. Don't worry,
we'll still pay you from 8am."

The guy is puzzled and says "If the hours are from
8am to 4pm, why don't you want me to be here before
10am?"

"'This is a government job," the interviewer says. "For the first two
hours we just stand around drinking coffee and scratching our balls.
No point in you coming in for that."
