As someone who is just researching vaping, I can see that the biggest problems for me is the apples to oranges comparison between vaping and analogs.
I have read much on how difficult it is to compare the two so I have stopped trying.
The one question I still cannot seem to get a handle on is:

How much e-juice can I expect to go through in a week if I currently smoke a pack a week? I know this is an apples to oranges thing but, I am in Canada and getting a steady supply of nic juice seems like it could be rather difficult. Just want to know how much to order the first time.

At the top of the Canada forum there is a thread where you can request a PM for Canadian Juice vendors, it is not difficult to get juice in canada, what is difficult is getting some that you will like. I recommend getting a bunch of smaller bottles or samples and trying them out before you go buy a large quantity. As far as how much you will go through....I vape pretty much all day, I put the PV down for 10min here and there, but it is pretty much attached to my mouth and I go through around 3ml a day. You should expect to vape more frequently than you smoked.

EDIT: Just saw your guys post count, you will need to make 5 posts and wait a bit before you can post in the Canada forum and request the vendor list! Make sure you come and see us :)

I've been lurking for a week now. This forum is so active that, every time I'm about to ask something, I find the answer in some other thread. At this rate, I may never get to 5 posts (ok, this makes 2 posts so I'm 40% there).

ok read through the entire thread here and I do recommend www.CANVAPE.com Tom there is great to respond quickly and very helpful advice and the prices are at times better then buying from the US as I have done several times (juice included and so far so good). Also a 510 starter kit is fairly inexpensive there for those who want to get there feet wet. If its to replace smoking could I recommend a kanger horizontal coil cartomizer as it feels like a smoke when you use it. I have many mods and several different carto, tanks and clearomizers and I always go back to these for the feel. You should also check out vaporgeek.com (which has the 3.5ml kangers in which I am using right now seems to last awhile)as well. I have no vested interest in these sites just use them, like them and recommend them to others!! Also if you decide on a KR808D-1 or 510 (which I recommend starting with and which I let my friends borrow to try before they decide) Get atleast 2 batteries maybe even 4 depending on how much you smoke then vape. I can go through 4 280Mah batteries easily in a day but I vape a lot more then 3mls a day as I drain a 6ml tank easily! LOL If you have anymore questions this the place to be for answers and I hope you get the ones you need to make an informed decision!

As I wrote my 510 battery died maybe lasted 1 and1/2-2 hours> Time to try this kanger 3.5ml on an ego or the lavtube. Man would love to find a 510 battery larger then a 280Mah as they are quite handy to throw in your pocket!

Since you are new I want to welcome you to ECF, fellow Canuck!

So you lurk around -new members forum- and when a new member posts, you should greet them and make them feel welcome.

This is not spamming. The 5 post rule is to eliminate Bots from spamming the ECF. After the 5 posts, you don't have to stop there, it may take an hour for your status to update. You can tell when you are 'good to go' by clicking on someones name (who has sufficient posts) to see if the option "Private Message" appears. If it does, hop on over to Canada Forum and check the 'stickies'.

Enjoy!

Ha Ha thats how I got started kiosk in Vegas selling smokefreeonline! RN4081 garbage!! atty died in less then a month. Then I came here! $55usd to replace atty and same for battery then found them cheaper at eSmokeClub - Electronic Cigarettes - eLiquids - Accessories but battery was wonky would activate whenever i tipped it upside down or wouldn't stop after a hit so moved onto more reliable products!
