Hi bobtow here! I have had deliveries from China via DHL that have arrived in about the same timing. Then I have had deliveries from China EMS., that were sent back after twenty days in the Victoria B.C.Customs or Postal depot By DHL it arrives via the US. I had a delivery from Wicked that took twenty eight days from the US. I think the couriers are more insistant at the Cusoms. I had DHL service go through Customs in five minutes. Well worth the expense! The one sent back was resent by EMS again, and is now in Customs for eighteen days. Looks hopeless.

A bit slower than usual, but still not bad for $5USD.

Since then I recieved a note from customs. "Parcel contains nicotine bottles and cartridges. Importation of drugs prohibited", and that only doctors may import drugs.
Who were you shipping with when you got that letter? DHL from china, EMS from China or from the US?
I had to make a comment about US shipping because I am very disappointed in the amount of time it is taking. I spent $22.00 US for the shipping on a high voltage unit, and even commented that I needed it as quick as possible (my poor Chuck ended up with some health issues and had to go back to visit Dr. Jeff in the Emergency room). It was sent out on Feb 16th, so I figured it would arrive in six or seven business days. Today was number 10 and it is still not here yet.
Asked for a tracking number and of course US postal service has absolutely no info on my package, except that if was sent as a first class letter (which must be the equivalent of the pony express- or even slower). Seems like he sent it a cheap way to make some additional money off of shipping and that just does not sit well with me.
Just expected better for my $22 bucks- some free shipping items from China have arrived faster than this!
By the way- I sent the Chuck back to the US, and including the envelope it cost me $25 Canadian and arrived there in 4 business day. The supplier that has me disappointed is not Jeff, I decided to try a different HV to use as a back up in the unlikely event my Chuck is ever hurt again.

Keep the link, next time someone tries to hose you $22.00 to put $9.00 of stamps on a box and drop it in the post box, say not, here's $13 send it this way.
priority us to canada is just as fast as EMS usually(6-8 days incl wkends.)...not always(8-12 incl wkends.)...but it is not tracked like EMS is, just my experience, i order a lot of stuff online usually from US or china 
Maybe it's just because I'm in Vancouver but I find shipping from China to be far faster than the US. I just hit the 3 week mark on an order from Xtreme Vaping (still haven't gotten it) and another order from California is now two weeks and counting.
The EMS orders I've put in from China have all been 7-10 days total. Even the free airmail from dealextreme beats the wait on a $15 shipping charge from the US!!!

Customs is the wildcard from both locations. I've had really fast and excruciatingly show from both locations many times.
Overall with a good 30 orders as a test I'd say US is quicker and a bit more consistent.

I actually picked up some of his 100mg/ml this week while I was in the US for work. Got 250ml so I don't think I have to worry about liquid for a while and can wait out the mail!

I no longer need to order my material from china since HappyVapor now have bulk prices on atomizers (9$ each) and mega batteries that last twice as long for only 2$ more than regular ones.
Add the 15% coupon discount and you now have really competitive price, fast shipping and 0 risk from customs.
I AGREE Vinnie. When you factor in the shipping costs & the waiting time, it's just NOT worth ordering from China anymore. Jack at Happy Vaper does offer great prices and the shipping was a mere $10.00 (shipped within Toronto) and I got the pkg. on the 2nd day! You'll have to ask him about shipping costs elsewhere.
Jack is very generous with discounts, competitive & bulk prices and HIS TIME! He just does not sell the product, he offers personal hands on help for those in need. Never leaves you hanging. He really loves dealing with people and his actions speak volumes.
I just received a small package from Heavens Gifts today that took exactly 5 weeks to get here. I expected it to take a while but not quite that long
It's because of Chinese New Year. HG to Toronto is usually about 2 weeks with standard air mail.

Good things come to those who wait though, xtreme vapor's liquid is fantastic stuff! Well worth the delivery time. And the price is pretty nice too.
Levy was probably out of what you ordered as his turn around time is rather quick. Your order came by donkey vice the pony express. In the future send him an e-mail as this is definitely not customary unless it got held up in customs. Which, is a chance we all take. But yeah! It's definitely good juice.
