aww man! well hopefully it's something better than the 2.5 amp I hope. I guess I'll find out soon enough.

Don't sweat it. Unless you have your heart set on 1.5ohm dual coils, or love the smell of popping coils in the morning, you won't miss another amp or so. It appears that the way the PWM on these works is by limiting the wattage anyway. 4 amps doesn't do you much good if you can't use it. It's not about amps or even volts. They don't cook juice. It's about Watts.
