this question is always frustrating to both ask and answer. it is subjective. i cannot tell you an answer that i would feel comfortable with you holding me to.

the right answer to this question is always...well, it depends. your usage will determine that. sometimes they last for an hour under heavy use, sometimes they feel like they lasted all day. overall, i would say your performance would be comparable to what you had with the 901, being that theyre both mini cigs. thats my generalization for the day.

The battery life on the 510 is the only complaint I have with it. I get 1.5 to 2 hours if I'm careful and watch how much I'm vaping with it. It is wise to get a couple of extra batteries and a PCC is a great friend to have with you. If I'm not careful and run my batt out before the other is charged I can put one in my PCC and not get behind on my charging.

When I first received my first 510 automatic battery it lasted for 3-4 hours of light vaping... now after a month it seems to last 1 or 2. My manual seems to last a little longer, maybe 30 minutes to an hour. Having a pcc and switching them out helps, but I don't constantly vape, just when I crave a cigarette. All in all, I'm still loving the switch

well, well well but maybe i focus my question in a wrong way,i meant if a 901 battery last me for 1 hour and a half keeping the same vapor behaviour how much I should expect from a 510?

My 510 batts last for about an hour of constant vaping. It seems like the last drag off it before the light blinks is weak, untill then it is as stong as always. Basicly the 510 hits strong all the way untill the last drag, then it dies. Hope that answered your question.;)

This has been about my experience as well. I probably vape between 2.5 to 3ml a day. On the plus side, the batteries charge fairly quickly. By the time I am done with one, the charger is usually indicating the other battery has a full charge.

If I am really going at it though, I can deplete a battery in less than an hour.. Which I am prone to do while drinking.

I have read of the short life of the 510 batteries and I am wating for my first 510 on the mail, but my bunch of 901 batteries no one last for more than 1 hour and a half so how long I am supose to expect a 510 battery last me

I don’t have a 901 but everybody seems to say that the 901 battery last about 25% - 50% more…
According to this thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/electronic-cigarette-reviews/30329-510-vs-901-a.html if you get one hour and a half from your 901 battery you will get (I am guessing) about one hour from your 510. In my personal experience I never get less than 1.5 – 2 hours from my 510 batteries.

I'm a chain vaper and I rarely get more than 45 mins out of a 510.... with the 901 manuals I got around 1hr and with 801s up to 3.

100% Agreed. Mine usually last between 2-4 hours. I know when it is out before the light blinks because the last hit is virtually nothing.

both will last about the same time given the same usage.. given heavy usage both will wear out or lose their run time pretty quickly..

with each charge/discharge cycle they lose a little run time.. its the price that has to be paid for small cigarette sized batteries..

why this simple fact remains so hidden on this place amazes me.. in simple terms the batteries are not big enough to do the job some people expect of them..

the problem isnt the run time when new.. its the quick wear out time.. after two weeks of heavy use a pair will have half the run time that new ones have.. after that the wear out rate accelerates big time..

i have said this many times but for some magical reason it gets ignored.. perhaps folks only take in what they want to take in.. perhaps the staff only sticky what they want to sticky..

trog

ps... the titan mega batteries will have around 50% more run time than the normal ones.. and probably double the life time.. this is for one simple reason.. they are physically bigger..

mind you taking the trouble to post valid simple information on this place is a waste of time.. this thread will soon be gone and the same questions will get ask in few days time.. he he..

some simple facts.. please ignore or forget them as quickly as possible and blindly march on... he he
