Shorter manual batteries?

I recently got some new 510 atomisers and batteries. The ats seem about the same as the ones I had before, maybe a thinner bridge (but they do not have any numbers on them, the last ones I got, which were Titans, had the number 0309 etched on the contact).

The manual batteries though are shorter. They are the same size my original auto batteries. My older manual batteries are longer than the autos.

Is this just a design change or is it one of the "fakes" I've been reading about??

I got some dead original manual dura and 510 batts from a forum member for making mods, and bought some new batteries from eastmall and electronicstix. The older batts were longer than the newer generic 510 batts. I have heard of newer batteries being shorter. I wouldn't worry if you got them from a reputable supplier.

Yeah, no worries with these, mine are awesome. totally wicked is apparantly getting 90mm long, 280mah manual batts next week. I may have to treat myself to a couple. thats about double the current batteries' capacity.
