shotening the length of a glassomizer (or clearo)... doable?

so after a ton of searching online for the perfect clearo i still havent really found what im looking for. with my vaping habits i am looking for a mini sized glass tank, with replaceable/rebuildable heads, that isnt so long. i would be happy with .5-.7 ml capacity. the PT2mini and Mini Davide are great, but just so damn long. then today while reassembling my AnyVape Mini Davide it struck me that if the tank was shortened and the bottom portion of the inner tube was shortened that it would basically shorten the whole glassomizer. i can source borosilicate tubes of all diameters and lengths so obtaining a new glass tank shouldnt be a problem. i would though, have to somehow cut the bottom portion of the inner tube so that it connects with the atty head tube just like it would normally. and that could prove to be tricky w/out worry of metal bits getting into the juice....? these heads are plated brass right?

i have a kanger T3 i may experiment on. if it works out i will post pics. then maybe attempt it on my Mini Davide.

and now the more i think about it, it seems maybe the mini versions of the glassomizers arent going to work... and that the full size would work. oh boy.

Not a recommendation as I've never used these ...and they don't necessarily meet your requirements (they aren't glass and, technically, aren't a tank), but sounds like what you are looking for: 22mm Shorty
