Hi, I'd like to make sure I get it right the first time I fire it up, so here we go...

1. When you squonk, you have to be careful not to over squonk or else the liquid will come out of the airhole right?

2. I was doing research about squonking, and there was ppl having issues due to cap tightness, or o-ring. As I know, the cap cannot be overly tight or loose or else there might be problems? Also have to be careful with the o-ring?

3. Someone suggested to cut a piece of the tube at the bottom of the bottle because it can sometimes get stuck, and I will do that.

Other than that, are there anything else I need to be careful on in order to get the best first time experience with my REO?

thx

You can see how the liquid comes in the RM2 if you remove the drip tip and look in no need to cut any thing in the Reo it,s perfect from the get go
don't over tighten the juice bottle there are good videos on youtube on how to use your new Reo

you've been asking a lot of great questions the past few days- I'm positive that once you have the Reo, you'll see exactly what we've all been talking about, and be confident in using right off!

1)if using the RM2 or other BF rebuildable, take the drip tip off while putting pressure on the bottle so you can see how long you need to squonk for- then you know you won't overfill. if using a carto or atty, suck lightly from the drip tip while squonking to bring the juice up and avoid spilling over into the catch cup.

2)once it's in your hands, and you get a feel for squonking, you'll know if you need to make any adjustments.

3)just cut at an angle to get a pointed v-like-shape at the very bottom.

your squonk question made me do some "real world" research, here goes

1) remove drip tip from rm2

2) squonk the bottle like it owes you money

3)observe the flooding of juice and count till it reaches the air hole

I counted 5 seconds to get to the air hole, and I normaly don't squonk the bottle that hard.
So if you treat the bottle nice, a 3 second squonk is perfect.
hope you like making coils because finding one YOU like is an adventure!!!!!!!

An inverted ^ is better as a regular V might suction in the corner of the bottle.

Check your ohms before firing. Did you order extra springs? I didn't and shorted my RM2 right off the bat. Collapsed spring didn't make me happy... lol

great suggestion!

yes, a spring or two or even whole rebuilt kit with your order is never a bad thing.
