I been vapeing for 2 weeks now. Of course i started with an 808 wich "i liked but to expensive." Now i have a couple kanger mini's on just and ego c-t that seem to work pretty well. This is my question. Would I get any better results of I put the protank on an mvp2 . Or if i did get the mvp what would be the best tank for it or other options..

I was rebuilding coils by week 2...what's taking you so long??!?! ;) (J/K...)

I'd probably counter the commonly held belief here that mods are the best thing ever. I really dig my VV eGo setups, especially with a mini-pro tank. I use them all the time...at home, at work, on the go, in the field, everywhere. I only really started using my mod a lot more when I started getting into RDA's. I don't think there's enough of a benefit to the ProTank's to justify a mod...unless you absolutely need the capacity for whatever reason...and even then, you could throw a ProTank on an eGo style just fine, but it'll be a bit top heavy. Performance-wise, I get more satisfaction from a mini-pro on a VV battery than I do a pro-tank on a mod (or an eGo style for that matter.) That said, I get more satisfaction from a well built RDA on my mod than I do my eGo setups, period. RDA's are a moderately advanced topic, though, and unless you're sure you want to go there and know what you're getting into...I wouldn't recommend it. All this is just my personal opinion, though.

Nonetheless, mods open your options. You can use any non-eGo style carto/carto-tank/atmoizer/RDA/RBA/etc with them without any adapters or awkwardness. They do give you some advanced features like VW, or in some cases, an ohm meter. I'm not trying to discourage you, I just want you to think about why you want it. If it's just for a pro-tank, I'd recommend trying out the pro-tank without the mod first to see if you like it.

MVP is not heavy. I carry it all day no problems. Go for it It is a great mod for the money. It is my out and about device when I can't use my mech.

i picked one up for going to work and out and it's great for that and just in general. but a mod with separate batteries is also nice since you'll really just need to worry about replacing batteries over time. for that, i have a sigelei zmax v3. solid apv.

If you are going to stick with a changeable coil head system, then getting a regulated mod will not show one that much different vape experience. Where a good regulated or mechanical mod shine is when using re-buildable atomizers. Then they are a must. While and MVP is decent on stored energy it is short on power, limited to 11 watts and 5 volts. Would not be my first choice for upgrading to an regulated mod.

Yes and no. :)

You'll get much better battery life. More power. Ohm's reader. Variable wattage.

Kanger BCC clearos are very nice--IMO. I use and like all of them--T3S, eVods, Protanks.

Good luck.

Yes; if you want to got smaller you can go with the vv3 which also have VW.
Get VW.

Once you know you have your VW set like you are used to, when something is not right, you know it's the tank or eliq.

I'm still a noob one week in. I got a MVP 2 a few days ago and it's freakin fantastic. I'm almost positive I'll be upgrading to RDA and RBA's but I'm gonna enjoy the MVP 2 for alil while, especially since I'm still learning. Wanna learn DIY juice before doing a real mod.

The mvp was the first mod I bought after my ego I originally started with. I have gotten a few new ones since, but my mvp is still probably my favorite. Nothing else compares as far as battery life and ease of use, and if I forget my charger and it does any standard usb cord from a cell phone does the trick. I actually have my mvp in my pocket at work as I type this. Just buy it!
