I've only been vaping for five months. I started out with the convenience store analog copies. I then switched to cartos followed by carto/tank setups. Next, I dropped the cartos for a Vivi Nova, and then onto dripping (HH357 atty). I've had my ZAP for about three weeks. The ZAP is by far the best vape I've experienced so far. It took me a little while to get used to the airy draw, but I now prefer it. In my humble opinion the cap on the ZAP is a little unsteady, therefore, I only use the ZAP at home. I continually find myself watching the clock in anticipation of getting home to my ZAP/ProVari! Hope this helps.

the zap makes the provari purty, but now that they have the provari hippo adapter you can pretty much get the same look with any 22mm atty. the zap works and works well, butthere are many now that have more features i think. get verified and get to the classies, there are 3-4 zaps this week floating around. and always 2-3 a week on average.

The ZAP was specificaly designed to fit on a ProVari and when on it will look like a Hybrid. The ZAP may or may not fit on other APV because of the skirt on the bottom. I own a ZAP and a ZAU and both have an airy draw which I've gotton used to. I use the ZAP on the ProVari and the ZAU on some of my other APV's such as the ZMAX or VAMO. The ZAU is the same as the ZAP minus the bottom skirt. If you don't own a ProVari you may want to consider the ZAU instead. There are other high end Genisis RBA out there such as the Cobra, DID etc. Some are harder to set up than others though and some are made with different materials. I do find the ZAP and ZAU are made of top notch materials and are easy to set up. Some of the lower end Genisis atomizers will perform almost if not equivelant (depends on how well you set it up) but may be harder to set up such as the AGA-T+ (for me because the wick hole is farther away from the positive post) . The AGA-T+ has a much tighter draw when compared to the ZAP/ZAU. So it may also depend on how you like your draw airy(ZAP/ZAU), tight (AGA-T+) or inbetween (DID). Is the ZAP/ZAU worth it? For me it is but your MMV.

The opposite end of the draw spectrum is the Cobra. While the ZAPs draw is quite airy, the Cobra's draw is much tighter. But not objectively so. It's not like you have to suck your brains out before you get vapor and flavor, like you did back with the old polyfil cartos. It's there from the start. It's a tight draw, but productive. For that reason, I like them both equally. Totally different experience, but both good. At first, I was thinking about drilling the air hole out a bit on my Cobra. But now I don't think I will. The draw is what makes it a Cobra. The airy draw is what makes a ZAP a ZAP. I guess I'm sort of a purist.

i have now owned my zap(among many other zen items) since june of this past year. i will have this thing longer than i am alive...it is built that well it has already seen 5,000 ml of juice. with that being said though...any of the other well made ones that aren't made with wire and solder should last you a lifetime. they are all the same other than some offering more wick holes(which i am extremely afraid of...people are asking to blow themselves up with 2 low ohm coils). as long as you stay away from the chinese crap you have made a good investment(these clones are aweful!)

5000 mls of juice since June? Thats like 25-30 mls per day. You must be a vapaholic. :)

I just picked up a ZAP on the classifieds. Fantastic vape quality. Not real difficult to build a coil and start vaping. The quality of flavor n this is much better than most other cartos and clearos I have been using. No filler tast which to me can be real bad in some clearos.
