those are typically called dual coil cartomizer tanks or dct's for short. Most will try them at some point but if you are unsure how they work many vendors will sell cheaper $5-10 versions made of polycarb. That can make it more wallet friendly, rather then dropping 40-60 on a tank only to hate the performance.

you simply just need a pre-punched cartomizer which usually run $1-2 each depending on the vendor.

These are cartotanks. A cartomizer with pre-punched holes is properly loaded with e-liquid and then inserted through the bottom end cap of the tank. E-liquid is then loaded into the tank. The top cap and mouthpiece are one unit and is twist-fitted onto the top of the tank. Refilling with e-liquid is accomplished by twisting off the top cap and adding liquid, and the top cap twist-fitted back into place.

I have the acrylic version of these tanks. I custom fit a Phiniac pyrex tube onto my tank. Phiniac offers many custom options to decorate their pyrex tubes. Mine has a gold sand-blasted design. (* Only the clear or "naked" tanks by Phiniac will fit the Hoosier Vapes' end caps; the colored glass tanks are larger in diameter and will not fit.)

I haven't visited the Hoosier Vape site in months, but they used to offer a plain quartz glass replacement tube for the polycarbonate plastic tube the tank comes with.

Should I get 35mm or wait for 45mm carto? I think it might look too big for my emode. I have seen skinny one with glass vase style that look similar to that fat stainless. Is it 2.0 ohms carto? Will my emode able to running it? Is it sort of like a dripper with tank?

The Bella and Elegance tanks from Hoosier are all the same diameter, but the Bella takes the shorter 35mm cartomizers and the Elegance takes the 45mm cartomizers if I recall correctly. I'm not familiar with the Joytech Emode, but from pictures that I've seen it should be of a similar size to my black BB pictured above. My tank is the longer version that takes the 45mm cartomizers.

Your Emode should be able to use this tank. The cartomizers use a 510 thread, which I'm pretty sure the Emode will accept.

Cartomizers don't work like a dripper with a tank. Each time you take a vape, you pull liquid from the tank into the cartomizer to replace what the cartomizer vaporizes. The tank continues to feed liquid to the cartomizer with each puff. This is the reason the cartomizers have tiny holes in the steel tubes - those are the wick holes. Inside the cartomizer is a large wad of absorbant filler material which wicks the juice to the heating coil.

Since your Emode is a variable power battery device, the choice of resistance is not critical. I'd stay away from LR (low resistance). SR (standard resistance) or HR (high resistance) cartomizers would be better. Boge 2.5 - 3.0 ohm or Smoktech 2.0 - 3.0 ohm.

Thank you for info. How wide that ss tank is? Can't read burr number.
The glass tube of the Phiniac is 22mm outer diameter. Since glass tubes are thicker than plastic, the plastic tubes that come with the Bella/Elegance tanks will be slightly smaller in diameter.

Baditude wins again!

The only other advice I might provide is that carto tanks tend to have a bit of a learning curve with them. follow the guides for properly priming the carto, that will help reduce a lot of problems that new users have.

Good luck, HTH!
