For tast testing, your best bet is a 306 or 510 dripping atomizer. The 510 variant just needs a standard drip tip (510/901) style, the 306 which has the coil part exposed instead of in a cup needs its own type of drip tip aptly called the 306 tip. Both are relatively equal, 306 has a bit more performance if you looking for an every day basic dripped, the 510 is still good for testing juices with. 3-4 drops of liquid into the small cup, put your drip tip on, get about 6-10 vapes before you need to drip 3-4 more drops. Clean out is easy to change from flavor to flavor, blow into a paper towel or such from the bottom of the atty to the top, or you can just rinse it out, they pretty rugged little devices which can last up to a month heavy use for around $6-10 USD.

I agree with IMFire. You won't be able to easily switch flavors with a cartotank. Because the cartomizer retains the previous flavor used, you'll need to use a new cartomizer with each new flavor. Most people devote a separate tank to each flavor they use on a regular basis.

To sample or test flavors prior to dedicating an entire tank to one, either a drip atomizer or a Nano clearomizer can be used.

A Nano clearomizer is a bottom-coil clearomizer that is the size and shape of a cartomizer. It holds only 1 ml of juice so is easy to sample flavors with. It can be emptied of one flavor and another added to sample the next one. These are relatively inexpensive. You add juice by removing the mouthpiece.
