I had to contact Halo support for a very minor issue I was having and they took care of it quick, fast and in a hurry!. Just wanted to post another positive customer service review. I really appreciate that they took care of my issue and did it fast. It makes me feel like a valued customer and not just another random person buying stuff from their website. I've spent quite a lot of money getting all my vape gear and liquid setup with Halo (as many of us in this sub forum have done) and it's great to know that they aim to please and retain their customers.
