Just got my AC9 and I really gotta say that it looks PERFECT on the Caravela! I guess I gotta get a matte 18650 tube now...

So I finally got my Caravela after weaks of anticipations! I can honestly say that is is BY FAR the most elegant PV I have ever had the pleasure of owning, not to mention that it is by far the best hitting PV I have ever owned. It actually makes me a little sad to say this, but my Caravela undoubtedly hits better than my GGTSs, Precise+s, Sturm mod, and GGTB. Here are a few photos that I've taken of it so far! And btw, some of the engravings still have a wee bit of buffing compound trapped in them, but I will give both of my tubes another round of buffing and cleaning before taking more photos!

First there will be a tracking number where it says paid, when it is actually shipped there will be a line through it. But I don't think Pedro sends it to you......hope this helps

Congrats Jag - hope to see some pics. I have been thinking about a brushed brass myself.
No worries on receiving it - you will have to sign for it. May end up in NY sitting for a couple weeks in customs.

I love my Ego's, and didn't think I'd ever order a mod but this is just SO damn beautiful, I had to place an order for one. I went with brushed SS button, polished brass lock ring, brushed SS serial ring, Polished brass tubes (all 3), brushed SS top ring and polished brass drip tip. Should look great with a brushed SS AC9 or Zen. Now the waiting game...

I have to ask this question. I've been vaping what I think are REALLY top notch juices (Ahlusion, AliceInVapeland) on a simple Riva dripper and in a Vivi Nova 2.5 on a 650mah Riva bat. I don't give much of a honk for VV, I have a VV passthru and all it taught me is I like my juices on the cooler side of the spectrum.
So here is my question. I'm LOVING the looks of the Caravela with the AC9 (or Zen, or Cobra, they ALL look sweet). But what I REALLY care about is flavor. In the vivi, the juice turns dark and loses a lot of it's complexity as I get near the bottom of the tank. For the SIGNIFICANTLY higher investment, am I going to see a markedly improved taste out of my juices with a Caravela and an AC9? I don't care so much about the money, but I want to be sure that I'm getting more than just beauty for it. I'm hoping for a drastic improvement in my vape experience. Am I setting myself up for a letdown?
PS, I'm not worried about the Caravela, it'll do what a battery mod does, and beautifully. It's the RBA's I'm concerned about. I guess in the end, I can get a Vivi plated, but my word those others look so nice on this...

IMO - for best flavor in a genisis - I prefer the DID. Juices will taste different in genisis atty. What you like now, you may not like in a genisis atty. Each genisis atty performs differently depending on air chamber, air hole placement,,wick placement, air hole size, etc.
The Caravela is the hardest hitting PV I have ever had due to the quality brass connections and use of AW IMR batts. You will need to polish and clean the brass connections weekly to keep it working at top speed.
MNKE 18650 IMR batts will perform the best of all. I have not tried an AC9 so can't comment on that.
