To directly answer your question, it is kayfun. To indirectly answer your question. It is fitted with the hybrid kit from rampage, the one Blue posted.
Comes with a brass plate with 510 threading on the inside, and 20x1 threading on the outside. Also a dummy cell with various length nickle contacts (I'm sure you would use the vela contacts too). Didn't need the dummy cell for my 18350 vela setup, I just adjusted the KayFun contact (the 18500 is pictures and i did use the dummy cell obviously).

It's a Z-Atty Pro with the bottom skirt removed(threads on to 510 connection), and replaced with a thread adapter. for M20x1

I was trying to remove the tank to clean it (really dark juice), tank was stuck, so i tried to spin it. and the skirt spun off instead....
and then i looked at it for a second, and spun it on my Caravela... my mind exploded!
i think the ZAP/ZAG/ZAU are all the same with just different bases screwed over an elongated 510 connector....
i cant prove it as i only have a ZAP.

Oh wow! Looking at my ZAU, it looks like the bottom knurled part IS a plate!

the glass of the Z-Atty sits up against the Caravela tube, so there may be a risk of glass chipping if there is a hard enough shock....

Thanks. Got it a few weeks ago, been playing with different atty on it. I really wish Pedro would come out with a rba from the velas, his work is amazing.
^^^yeah that! I still haven't been able to find "the one" to put on my 'vela. Every time I find something I like, it is long out of stock.
Anyone know of anything that isn't out of stock that would be worthy?
