Vela Latina sailed in today, absolutely so thrilled with the packaging it's amazing. The boxes are exquisite, never expected 2! Last shot compares 350 Vela with Vela Latina and a Super T 16340 with an HH.357. She's tiny! Awesome!

Mines still in "Ready to Sail" status :( anyone know how long I got to wait at this point? I'm not complaining one bit I was lucky enough to win the Monthly Lottery but I'm so amp'd I want to fly down and pick it up myself :laugh:

Heya odo;
This means the Vela has been prepared, polished, bagged and tagged :laugh: Once he has 10 or so ready, he mails them all on the same day. Your close :toast:

I had to wait about 2 weeks from when my tracking# was posted on the spreadsheet till it arrived at my door. Tracking was fruitless, it showed "origin post is preparing shipment" to arrived at destination" today.

Your correct about the USPS tracking. When we first received the Vela last year, USPS tracking seemed to be better......you could watch it sit in customs for a week :blink: Currently the tracking does not pop up until the package has departed US customs....and then it's usually at your door step :glare: However you can track the parcel through Portugal....try one of these sites next time :)

#532 - In preperation! Woohoo! The time flew since ordering!

Any ideas on how long it normally takes from "in preperation" to shipping? I only live up the road (well, in Europe at least...) so not to worried about the customs fiascoes some of you American folk have had to endure!

Not to be a party-pooper or anything but...Mine switched to "in preparation" a day after I sent payment last month. I was one of the first dozen or so to switch to that status. Mine JUST switched to "ready to sail" today (more than a month later). As long as you don't have an image to engrave ,like I did on one tube, it shouldn't be too long.

OK good to know! It's stock, no extra engravings. I'm in no rush, just looking for a vague time frame. On the plus side that gives me extra time to spend more money (that I don't have) on fancy atomizers for it....

Thanks!
