Just an update and I'm not sure if anyone else would be interested. I got a message back and the seller can make these no problem. I figure they would be nice, light, durable, and felt lined.

The Dimensions I came up with were 2 1/2" and 5 3/4" with a depth of 1/2". This will accommodate 2x 1000mah (or smaller of course) ego twist batteries and 4 clearomizers (either Stardusts or mini vivi novas). I made a dummy with some foam and the size seems perfect, similar to a smartphone in your pocket.

Let me know what you guys think. I don't mind arranging this as a group buy to hopefully ease the cost. Otherwise, I'm having one made for myself :p

I'm still tempted to get an e-cig that's "normal" sized in an automatic version
The only thing stopping me is the reviews of short battery life and that the vaccuum switches in automatics break easily

Smokeless Image Volts hold up well. I have some auto batteries from last August that still work. I replaced them simply because I knew at a year I was looking at battery life going to hell because they were over 300 charges each. Their autos are also "sealed" autos, so a drop of juice or two on the post is not going to kill them.

Ego-type case from Smokeless Image. I like this particular case because the pockets open the same on both side of the case, unlike the other ego cases. Room for a Provari and Silver Bullet, extra batteries and tanks. I don't bring that many batteries with me every day, I just added them for these pics.

The second pic is my tank organizer, of which I have two. Holds 8 cartotanks. Found at a Hobby Lobby store; meant to be a mini-tool sewing kit.

Swiss Gear shoulder bag holds all of the above in addition to my I-pod Touch and its charger. I found it for around $20 at Staples. Two larger zippered compartments and a smaller one on the front side.
