Absolutely, fish are pets, I have heard that just by watching fish in an aquarium your blood pressure goes down!

My Ferret Mable.... Chillin with me on the porch Vaping on Memorial Day.

When I was in College I knew someone who's family had a Huge Black Lab and a Ferret.

The Lab could be Very Intimidating especially around people he did not know. But if the Ferret decided that he wanted something the Lab would back down.

It was Hysterical to watch a 16oz Farret stalk a 50 lbs Lab. And then see the Lab turn and run for the Hills with a the Ferret Nipping it his Legs.

LOL

Thank you so much, she is so precious to me, she's 2 years old now, and for some reason she just never leaves my side, I have had ferrets since i was 20 years old.

Now this is love... awwwwwwwwww

I LOVE ferrets... We had them as kids up until I was 18 or so and used to take them out to clear rabbits from peoples land... When I was a little kid we used to make mazes for them and take them in the house all the time... We were always so in love with them.. two of my most faithfull were Albert and Herecles.. RIP guys..You were the best

I hear ya, they are so loving and loyal, this is actually Mable 4, they live about 6 years, and for some reason every time i go to the pet store, theres a baby one exactly like the one i lost, Sable color, female, looks just like the last one that pasted away, and she looks at me, like its a sign to take her home. So i do.

RIP Albert and Herecles..... I feel you pain, great story....

These are 2 of my outside friends, Pacino and Rehab. We fondly think of them as the cracker pack. I was late with the crackers that day so they came to the door.

This is Zeus. He was our beautiful Royal (Ball) Python. We lost him to some mysterious illness. He did undergo a necropsy to rule out IBD (Inclusion Body Disease) but it was inconclusive. He was only with us about 6 months.

GuantanaMouse Detention Inmates

These are 2 of the many little squatters who found their way in our home a few winters ago. We caught them using humane traps and on glue boards. Now don't get all excited and upset about this! We had to resort to those because they were far too sneaky. We monitored those glue traps extremely carefully! They were checked every few minutes and never ever used or left out when we were not home. A little canola or olive oil released the sticky hold. No one lost any body parts!! When all was said and done, we had 2 - 10 gallon tanks and 1- 20 gallon populated. (Took us a while to figure out how to sex them correctly.) We're now down to 1 resident per tank but we were up to quite a few for little bit. We couldn't bring ourselves to release them outside to their death (winter and the cat pack in the back spell don't guarantee a long life!) so we kept them.

We also have 2 cats we've been working on outside. Trying to rescue them. One orange (Ginger Snaps) and one grey (Ted Nugent) tabby. Ginger loves to be loved but won't let me hold her yet and Ted finally let me touch his head last night! This took lots of Ahi Tuna bribing!! Pretty soon we'll be able to get them to the vet, get them fixed, dipped and their claws capped so we can bring them inside. (We don't believe in pulling out their claws but can't let them damage furniture and music equipment so have to cap them.) On our list of companions to adopt are Hermit Crabs, another Python and maybe a dog....
