I was a German Shep owner & fan...then I got a wonderful Border Collie {angel} named Sally. I NEVER thought I would get a chihuahua (bad rep) until I "rescued" BUTCH (he actually rescued ME!) All 3 of those breeds have a "bad rep."

Some of the sweetest dogs I know are pits...but it depends on the caregiver.

I do NOT think the breed should be banned, just the horrible "owner" who uses them for nefarious purposes.

And here is our newest puppy Stewart, he is a Pit/Boxer mix and probably the most good natured dog I have ever seen, the tail of destruction just does not stop wagging and I have never heard him growl in his whole 3 years. He and Chester above were rescue pups, and so was Bubba I suppose.

I love pits! They get such a bad rap because of horrible owners. If I wasn't renting an apartment I'd have one. Don't get me wrong...Prince has tons of energy lol, but I'd love to have a nice back yard when I get ready to adopt more animal children.

Pits are the best dogs, I hate that they have such a bad reputation. People are usually surprised at the dog park when I tell them both my bog boys are Pits because they have a misconception in their minds.

Don't even get me started on the breed laws going around, it infuriates me

I can't resist posting more pictures of my baby Dolly. So here are a few I have on my iPad....
image.jpg Being lazy with me.
image.jpg Dolly in one of her sweaters, she looooves to dress up.
image.jpg In her pearls, because I'm crazy and made her a necklace.
image.jpg And last, one of my most favorite pics because she is so amazingly adorable in this pic! When it's time bathe her and she's stinky, she smells like Fritos.

Caught my SharCat acting like a couch-potato watching TV. Busted!

Edit: View the SharCat in his relaxed state. He normally spends almost every waking hour either outside or indoors staring out a window waiting in full attention for deer, rabbits, squirrels, peacocks, or the elusive domesticated feline. Other activities include catching frisbees and retrieving objects that his human counterparts throw long distances for no apparent reason!

Carmel's 9 years old.

During the hottest week last summer we hiked 6 miles in 2 hours. Twice in one week :)

Midnight joined us last September. She's a rescue from Puerto Rico, about 16 months old now.
