You can't tell from the picture because she isn't wearing the sign that says "the most well loved cat in the world", my Lucy Lu, a rescued barn cat.

Here are my babies, Julie (black/tan) and Leo (red). Leo is lovingly referred to as "the idiot dog" around here. He was a rescue from a really nasty puppy mill, he was overbred so he's not so bright. He was also apparently hit by a woman because he, after over 2 years, is finally starting to trust me. He forgets where the dog door is sometimes, or he'll forget and try to go in through the glass door (smack). BUT he's the sweetest little thing in the world. Neither dog has ever snapped at my kids or anyone else. They are yappy dogs though - both are long haired chihuahuas.
