SI Customer Service Strikes Again!!

I sent an email to CS because my silver battery I got last week just hasn't worked right since I got it. It whistles and has an airy draw. But I also had ordered a PCC and a Volt case (both purple), but really did not have a use for them. I asked if I could exchange them for batteries as well. Heather emailed me back today and said YES!!!!!!!!! Woohooo!!! Of course I have my replacement silver coming with an additional sky blue and yellow and a sweet sampler for basically an even exchange.

Smokless Image, Volt, Imagine, Heather and Customer Service all ROCK!!! :2cool:

Awesome glad to hear it!!! Heather is actually the first of the CS reps we have invited to visit us here at the forum :) she should be making her first appearance this week :p

Good morning, I just wanted to give a shout out to SI CS as well.

I had ordered a couple of batts and after a couple of days one of them just suddenly died. Okay, no big deal, stuff happens.

So I contacted SI CS and then quickly sent me a replacement. When I received that, I pulled it out of the box and put my current carto on it. When I hit it, the light would light up but there was no power going to the carto. I obviously tried a few different cartos etc. to no avail.

This seemed like somewhat of an astronomical possibility to me, two dead batts in a row. I sent both dead batts back to SI, and they quickly sent me replacements!

So thanks again SI CS! New batts are working fine.

Hey! A fellow Hoosier!! YAY!!

That is a crazy coincidence! I have an insane number of batteries from Smokeless Image - just in case of the Zombie Apocalypse. ;) Haven't received a dud yet.
