SI Volt and Dual-Coil Carts

First of all, I love my Smokeless Image Volt and their cartos.

I see that Smoktech makes KR808 dual coil cartomizers. Will this work with the SI Volt, considering it is a KR808 design?

Is it recommended? Has anyone done it?

Will it work, probably. Is it recommended, probably not. Your first issue if nothing else is battery life. Although the Volt has a higher mAh rating than a standard 510 it's not that much higher and still well below the Ego and Riva which aren't usually recommended either. It'll put to much stress on that small of a battery.

I recommend taking a look at the mods. I settled on the e-power because of its modular design and low cost batteries but there's several good choices available. The duel coils are great but at around 1.6 ohm, they do pull more amperage.
