Just to add to the KGo suggestion, I just picked up one of their kits, mainly for the better SLB batteries, more voltage and they last an incredibly long time, These batteries really helped my Ego with vapor and taste.
I just ordered the parts to upgrade to the C style Ego and with the KGo batteries this should be a winner.

IMO skip the little 3.7v devices and get something with more power like a VV box mod Variable Voltage Box Mod Something you can adjust to what you want. Get some standard resistance atty's to drip or if you want some standard resistance carto's. If all I had to use was ego's I would still be smoking analogs. Just my

I'm not understanding the Ego C - just looked it up and saw it says "ego-C atomizer head:5pcs just like a fresh atomizer without all the waste" - ???
sweet thanks for all the advice guys im going with the KGo from hoosierecigsupply because they have the color i want. now in terms of liquid...what's the best stuff out there quality wise? i like high strength western flavor but am open to other suggestions =) if you could include a link that would be sweeet thanks
I was 2 packs of analogs a day for 30 years... The Ego is my hero, 1 analog in the last 70 days and no looking back for me.
The KGo came with 2 atomizers, although I'm not a dripper I gave them a try, they work really well.

if you are going with hoosier be aware their kits come with cartridges, not cartos. You may want to grab some nice 1.7ohm cartomizers while you are there. cartridges, bleh!
What he said, scrap the cartridges...if you don't mind carrying a bottle of juice with you at all times the supplied atomizers I mentioned earlier work great, or get carto's like Moo suggested, make sure you keep um wet brother, your not going to like inhaling burnt polyester filler material.
