Just shows us how determined we are! I love vaping. It has gotten better since I posted! I've only smoked 1 pack of analogs in 3 weeks. The only reason I did that was because I had already gotten them (didn't want to take a chance of being high and dry) It's been 4 entire days since that pack is gone. Haven't even thought about buying more! Thanks for your response!

Try being a musician who played those concerts and now writes his own music and dealing with that terrible malady. ShogaNinja's Channel - YouTube . Try sleeping with a fan on and headphones listening to Pandora until my laptop shuts off an hour later... for 2 years now...
It's getting better though (thank god) but ... sometimes...

WOW! You just said something about dreams! I've been dreaming alot lately! I thought "what's up with this?"

Kathy_P Some of the more experienced members have said it many times here to use a stronger nic level in the morning briefly to quell the morning needs, a mid level through out the day, and even lighter after evening meal to alleviate some outrageous night time dreams. I agree, and I'm new. But from what you said, you might be overdoing it a bit. Hopefully you will get into a rhythm and be fine.

Thank you so much for your response!

Couple of unknowns here I'd factor in: you were a heavy smoker of *what*? (Carlton ultrawimpyextralightmenthol or Philip Morris Commando non-filters?) Also, are you drinking lots of water? Have your eating habits changed? I'm kind of surprised nobody mentioned it but vaping does tend to dehydrate you so we need to drink a lot of water. Also (and this is probably just me) I've found not smoking increases my tendency to forget to eat. (I have no idea why this is.)

I like the idea of having different nic levels for different times of the day, especially a lower one for chain-vaping sessions at the computer. I try to do that myself; my reg. vape is about 3.5mg so I don't want to be hitting that too hard. As I think someone said, pay attention to what your body's telling you & it should level you out shortly. Meantime, Happy Vaping! :vapor:

Diet hasn't changed. No, I do not drink as much water as I should. However, my mouth does dry out and I feel like it's telling my body to drink?

I definitely recommend upping your intake of water for multiple reasons. Drinking more water will help flush the toxins from smoking out of your system. Plus, both PG and VG are drying, and thus you can dehydrate a bit more easily. Finally, water does wonders for cleaning out tastes if you switch up flavors (which I do a lot). :)
