As I have said I am new to this whole world of vaping but absolutely fascinated by for a few reasons. The main reason is trying to improve work productivity in the office by keeping staff at their desk and away from the front door to have a smoke.
So last week I picked up a kit and some juice for one of my staff. He fell in love with the whole vaping thing but said he would get a stabbing headache like a knife going into the back of his eye.
Anyone else had any negative side effects?

Overdoing it on NIC is not to be underestimated and certainly he should keep an eye on how much nicotine he is consuming compared to what he smoked. Sometimes the ease of being able to vape constantly can provide a lot more nicotine than a few smoke breaks can.

Another thing to consider though, is too much oxygen. It sounds a little strange, but I do think the deep inhales used when vaping allow us to take in so much more oxygen than we are used to that it can cause a headache.

Finally, the PG in the liquid does have a drying effect that can cause a reaction in the sinuses, especially if there are other environmental factors going on.

Sounds like withdrawal maybe? Dehydration is a big cause of headaches as well. All the advice here is great, but nothing trumps asking your doc. ;)
