So I'm looking for some insight on what my problem might be. I have a sigelei 75w tc with a lemo 2 on it. I am new to tc so I might be missing something obvious, please feel free to point it out if you think I am.
My most recent build was a spaced Ni200 coil to like .14 or something and it was working and all for a few days. Not necessarily a few days later, its hard to pinpoint exactly how much time has passed since I built my coil, but after some time whenever I try to fire it it would fire for a second and then stop firing and then start firing and stop firing while I held it, or just fire for a second and then stop firing. Most of the time it just fired for a second and then cut out. There has never been an error message on the screen. I don't think its my coil either because after I take it apart after being frustrated because I can't get it to fire consistently I see that the coil is perfectly fine, not loose or anything. I don't think it has to do with my connection either because I've never seen a check atmoizer error either unless I've taken it off completely. I don't think it has to do with wicking either, correct me if I'm wrong but I think tc is suppose to not fire if your wick is dry, or its suppose to have an error message or something, because I've tried multiple wicking methods as well.
I follow the instructions on the sigelei, I make sure I set the resistance after putting in a new atty. I try to fire it around 450 degrees fahrenheit, usually around 30w. I've rebuilt my coil several times and I've had this issue repeatedly. No clue what I am doing wrong. I'm about to just go back to my kanthal builds and forget about TC though because its so annoying. I typically trap my leads in the holes and make sure they're tight. This is a fairly new set up as well, I purchased both the lemo 2 and the sigelei at the same time a few weeks ago.
