sigelei 75w tc issue

I am having a message pop up with my sigelei 75w tc mod after it automatically turns off almost every time i fire it. I was wondering what this message and issue means?

That's the ID and firmware version message displayed if you hold Fire while inserting a battery.

My first thought is that your battery is either intermittently making/losing contact (something loose or loose fitting in the battery sled?) or it's sagging so much under load that the mod shuts of and restarts as the battery recovers (just takes a fraction of a second).

Those would be "best case" scenarios.

What make and condition is your battery?
Have you tried others?

i have a efest in there, i've tried a multitude of other batteries and its not working still. so battery condition is fine, i'm pretty sure it may just be some sort of connection problem in the mod itself? i've gotten it checked out by a friend and said it may be some sort of problem with the chip, but i have no clue still.

I've no love, or respect, for Efest batteries.
But if you've tried other various ones, it does sound like a connection issue.

Or the chip is borked.
