So... I've used the 8d for a while and it's been fine. Last night the entire switch assembly came loose and fell out. I managed to find most of the pieces but I think there was a small screw on the inside to keep it from unscrewing all the way out of the internal nut. Can anyone confirm what this might be and possibly what the threading could be?
