Thanks for the review.
A few questions:
Does it have any overheating problems (standard issue with the 2 batteries in series)?
How long the batteries lasts with a chane waping?
How long it takes to recharge the batteries (averege)?
Misfire, drops in a power (require on/of),how the connector feels with the full tank/carto (wiggling)?
Thanks.

>Does it have any overheating problems (standard issue with the 2 batteries in series)?
I have been using devices with stacked, or side-by-side batteries, and have never had an issue of overheating. This is no exception.

>How long the batteries lasts with a chane waping?
With my vaping, it lasted 24 hours, without issue.

>How long it takes to recharge the batteries (averege)?
That depends on the charger. It takes 2x18350 batteries. In my XTAR, it takes a couple hours.

>Misfire, drops in a power (require on/of),how the connector feels with the full tank/carto (wiggling)?
The connector fits tight. I don't have any issues with misfires, or drops in power. If I had, they would have been mentioned in the review.

Hmmm... The MadVapes Box Mod w/LED is one of the units I've reviewed. It's never got too hot for me. Granted, I haven't used it for months, but I don't recall it getting hot. I use Trustfire 14500's in it.

These are an original ones and came with mod. The plasic wrap is melted because of the heat but I still use it every day. There was a tread about this issue.

This is more about the Kit, LD covered the V8 well

Anyone thinking of getting the Kit, for the $20 price difference, you are better off buying the unit only and the 18350 batteries and charger(get two)(Or One) separately from DV. The batteries are ok, LD noted that the blue ones may not be what their stated mah rating is. Listed on the bats as 900 they are more likely 700 or 800mah. I have been on it non stop except for charging since I first fired it up fri night. .6% juice and I am feeling the Nic. With the included charger, a 16340 labeled charger, charge time is 4-5hrs, it is just barely big enough for both batteries to fit in it properly and I mean just barely. My Battery door has no fit issues and it is also very secure.

The V8 itself so far after 3 days(I forgot to go to bed last nite) of heavy use has not disappointed and if you want the kit for the 2 tank cartos and the batteries as an extra set it is still well worth the extra $20 especially for a first mod. The charger I would toss unless you have 16340 batteries for a mini of some sort and could use it......after the warranty expires of course.

I found that if you're vaping away and all of a sudden your carto/clearo is tasting funny or burnt-ish, means it's time to charge and in about 10 puffs while you are trying to figure out why you're getting the funny taste it will flash the display a couple time with a Lo, the 3rd time it blinks Lo the power button led will flash a bunch of times and will either shut down or drop out of regulation and go to 5.0v = 2.5v per bat = low volt limit for the protection circuit = shut down the next time you try to fire it.

@LordDavon thanks for the great vid review and explaining how the voltage on it works. I had a feeling I was running a higher voltage, the pulse wave firing and the display showing the average voltage of the pulse made perfect sense.

Wow. Ditch those batteries. They are already failing. Something bad could happen. I wouldn't chance it.

I can't. Using them all the time in rotation with a blue ones. Going to get a new VV with other kind of batteries.
Thanks for the advice, thou.

Way too risky IMO. I like my face & hands the way they are.
