Sigelei Zmax Mini question.

So I got my sigelei Mini in and up and running from Exhalevapors.

I'm still pretty new to vaping but I had a question...

First of all I love this PV, It's my first VV/VW and I really love it.

BUT...

My display is a bit glitchy - letters look glitched and in the 2 days I've used it, it only seems to be getting more wonky.

AND...

My button is kind of loosey goosey.

SO...

My question is -

Should I contact Exhale about my complaints? (Do I need to start a ticket or something?)

Or should I contact sigelei directly since they say it's covered by a 1 yea waranty?

OR... should I just deal with the odd display and button that feels like its just barely attatched?

Let me know what you guys think please.

I'd always contact the vendor first. Sigelei would likely tell you to as well. Generally, you'd send the product to the vendor, they'd send you a knew one. They'd send the product back to Sigelei or the distributor with doa's and other returns, receiving a new one with their next order.

You shouldn't deal with a defective product.

+1 ^^^^ You paid good money, let them deal with the manufacturer. They seem like a reputable dealer. You shouldn't have any problems returning it for a new one.
