Im fairly new to vaping and using multimeters. I connected my zmax V3 to my multimeter, no load, set to RMS. But I keep on getting different result from my meter (except in 6volts setting). Here's a video of my problem
I was thinking that this is happening because of the zmax's way of giving volts (something pulse something) i forgot the term! :(

Ohh, and i also tried using the multimeter with other PVs like ego-t,ego mini, kicked K100, and kgo vv mega. All the results are ok. So I think nothing is wrong with the multimeter.

Thanks in advance!

Hiya - the Zmax uses PWM (pulse width modualtion). People used to test pvs like this the way you did and then realised the numbers were off. There's nothing wrong with your Zmax or your multi-meter - except that your multi-meter won't give an accurate reading.
This video helps explain it:

Since that video a lot of APVs have come out that have RMS (the video is a bit old). With the right equipment they can be measured and are accurate.
