signature banner how do i make one and put it on

how do i get a banner that says how many days i been without a cig? Also how do i put it on my profile to show on the bottom of my messages? where do i find it on my profile or settings? thank you

Once you have 15 posts and the system has refreshed, you will see in your settings on the left side the option to Edit Signature.

As for the actual banner once you're able to, there is one you can generate right here on the forum (see the one in my signature for an example, there are two styles available)

Just click on "Forum Actions" in the menu bar at the top of the page and then "generate sigbanner" in the little box that drops down. See image below:

There you can enter your info and you will be given a code that you can paste into your signature to insert the banner
